This process started out slow for me because there is so much to learn. It has taken longer due to several things that I needed to provide. But in the end Kimm has always helped me with understanding the process and what needed to happen along the way. I am glad that I had someone to talk to and explain how things go in this process. Ron & David spent a great amount of time getting all the details right and fixing any issues that came up while building my Shopify store. I love the way it came out and couldn’t be happier! Trust the process it isn’t easy but it was worth it!

However, upon receiving my credit card statement, I discovered that I had been overcharged by a significant amount, and my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with indifference and negligence.

The timeline for the project was another area of concern. Despite being assured that my website would be completed within ten days, I find myself three months into the process with no end in sight. My inquiries for updates have been met with silence, leaving me frustrated and anxious about the fate of my project.

As a customer, I value professionalism, clear communication, and reliability. Unfortunately, Dynamo Web Studio has failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these regards. This experience has not only cost me time and money but has also left me with a sense of regret for choosing this company.

I, HOME DECOR N MORE, paid for a professional web theme and design per our design and specifications. We didn't get it. A request for refund was issued 21 Jun 23. We were assured by their staff (via email dated 23 Jun 23) that our request for refund was "formally initiated", and (2) to "anticipate receipt of said refund ($1500) within the next one and a half weeks, considering the standard processing time of 14 business working days". No refund issued. Hence, a complaint was lodged with the FTC, and formal complaint pending with the LA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS' OFFICE - CONSUMER PROTECTION SECTION. This company is considered a fraud. Strongly Recommend any business or individual considering Dynamo Web Studios for services STRONGLY re-consider at all costs. Thank you.

I received a text stating I contacted them for a website. I did not. They argued with me about how if I worked with them I would be happy. I NEVER contacted them and I told them several times to leave me alone. I received about 3 more contacts from them about creating a website. Again I told them I was not interested. They contact you and try to convince you that you asked for their help and when you try politely to get them to stop bothering you...they persist.

Michael Morgan was a terrific representative who was persistent in bringing our website to life. He is very responsive, and his team brought forth numerous stages of the website which ultimately appeared just as I wanted it to look. In short, we had a great experience with Michael and his company

Writing this review to save you from the stress, debt, and absolute horror that was 2022 dealing with them (if there even is more than one person running this scam). If I can save just one person from that, I can move on. This company is not legitimate, and these 5-star reviews I wouldn't believe for a second. If you are reading this, then I recommend just checking out the complaints on BBB and moving on.
