I contacted Dynamo web studio to build a website for my ministry. I have worked with Preston from the beginning and he has been so patient with me. He has explained everything answered all of my questions and done a magnificent job on my website. Preston continues to help me with any question I have and will continue to help me maintain the site. I also had the privilege of speaking with Nick who also helped with the site. Preston is the one guy daily spoke with and now my site is up and I am so proud of it. I would highly recommend Dynamo web studio to do any website for an individual or company. I am very excited and pleased and I know that anyone looking to have a site built would also be privileged to have this company do their site. It was a great decision on my part. A two-month project has taken over 8 months and is still not complete. Communication is lacking, turnaround time for responses and request is too long. They continually come back with additional items that have to be purchased or your website will be shut down and don't give access needed to take care of these things yourself. For example, need DMCA which will cost $500 for them to take care of for you, when you can take care of it yourself for free. Then tell you that your site is out of bandwidth and you will have to pay for more or your site will be shut down. Even though that is not how bandwidth works.
I paid for a website development that would be handed over to me to be managed, but they will not provide the details needed to manage it. I would not recommend using this company for anything.

I have looked all over trying to find someone to give me the help I needed on my web sites I came across this site and finally, what a relief. I am still working with them and when I say finally I mean I finally found help from a company that's not out there taking advantage of people with little,or no experience. They have done everything I needed and asked for and best of all they don't come up with new ways to keep adding to my bill . Other companies it seems like every time we get one thing done it's like oh. By the way you need this or that and lucky for you we do that. It's going to be another three hundred dollars though. You start out with a good price and by the end you have spent another 2 or 3 k only to find out later that you could have gotten the same thing for free or for much less. If you are new to the biz or not a pro and need some help, I would highly recommend using these people. I don't have enough time to tell all the good things I could say about this company except that I am very happy with the service and professionally dedicated pros who work here. Sorry I would give 5 stars but I had numerous project managers. Finally I was able to be satisfied with the work provided to be by Jenny. She is professional and courteous. It was great to finally have a project manager that brought my website to life.

Very responsive team members. Available for questions and awesome about explaining to me a non tech savvy person. Easy to communicate with them through portal. Friendly and extremely helpful. Totally worth my investment.

Let me start off by saying the website turned out great but the communication was not the best and was frustrating. If you are in America, they have different business practices. For example, they will call you 5 times in 1 hour even if you tell them you can't talk and ask them to text you. They will call 5 times in 1 day if they want to make a sale despite you saying let you think about it for the week. Again, not typical American business etiquette especially with the number of times they will contact you regarding ONE specific issue in 1 hour despite you saying you can't address the issue at that time.

Also, the price you see on the website is NOT the price of the website. Consider it like a welcome fee. You have to purchase multiple add ons to have a functioning website. That's fine but upfront pricing and disclosing this is necessary. Businesses have budgets and it feels like false advertising based on the website.

I worked with a total of 3 account managers (I think that's their title) over 3 or 4 months. Jenny was the best one by far and who I ended with.

The team is very knowledgeable and responsive. Process took longer than expected due to antiquated original website configuration and some early communication challenges, but overall, we are happy with the result.

Website turned out great! Took alittle longer than was told it would take but happy with end result!

Ron is the master of diversion. This company messed around with me, my website and books for three months plus. When I got mad and demanded my money back due to non-performance, they got all huffy and refused. Despite the fact I have an authenticated email from them claiming they would send a full refund. That's been over a month ago! I got bumpkiss! I have not seen one cent. It makes me curious about the glowing endorsements. They are either made up by close friends or relatives. I have terminal cancer and have been trying to sell my books but these people did not do anything close to getting the website up and running. I am selling, or at least trying to sell books to pay for my medical bills and reduce the stress on my family. These books will sell. IF they ever reach the market.

DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE!! THEIR SOLE INTEREST IS SOAKING YOU FOR MORE MONEY. NOT ACTUALLY DOING WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO!!

GOOD LUCK! TRYING TO FIND AN HONORABLE PUBLISHER IS VERY, VERY, DARE I SAY, VERY DIFFICULT! TO DATE, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MOENY AFTER THEY AGREED TO!! YOU HAVE MY SYMPATHY IF YOU TRY TO DEAL WITH THEM!!

I am new to this . Ron is guiding me through all of the things that need to be done to get my website up and running. There is alot more involved than I thought. Ron is very patient with me and answering all of my questions. I would recommend them to anybody.
