Sorted out my domain name renewal straight away after I realised it had expired. Glad support has returned to the uk 🇬🇧 support is now much better.

Email storage and setup

We finally resolved the issue with the…
We finally resolved the issue with the renewal of our Domain name. We have now learnt that in response to any queries we should always use the same "Ticket" number - this is their reference number given when contacting the support team and this helps them. Once we 'd done the that the whole thing has now been happily, and swiftly resolved! Us oldies (both in our 70's) do find using computers to resolve issues tricky - being able to contact a real person does generally help. We are happy now that we have achieved our renewal! Thank you Easily!

Shocking no number to speak to anyone
I’m waiting on important emails and I cannot send or receive. Says password incorrect but I’ve not changed anything. No phone number to speak to anyone. I can’t wait 3-5 days for a response. I need someone to call me urgently please. I need someone to physically talk me through what to do. Check your emails I have sent for my number. Sent from different email address.

AVOID if you want any emails or customer service
I have used easily for many years and they used to be great, but since they were bought out their service and attitude is abysmal. Email stops working, impossible to reach customer service, incompetent staff. AVOID. I have been forced to change suppliers. there is no telephone contact and email contact is ignored.

I have been trying to get support for a billing issue since February 3, 2026 but despite sending several emails to the Easily team, have yet to receive any sort of response from them. My issue relates to an overcharge and it's very frustrating trying to deal with Easily's customer service.

Domain expired - no warnings or notifications
I received no notification or advance warning whatsoever that my domain name was approaching expiration.
Renewing wasn't straightforward either. There was no option to log in to the customer portal and pay directly; instead, I had to contact support and go through multiple back-and-forth emails over several days just to complete a simple renewal. There appears to be no phone support available, which made the process unnecessarily slow and stressful—especially since domains have a grace period where timely renewal avoids extra fees or risks.
While the grace period did allow me to renew eventually without losing the domain, the overall experience was frustrating and inefficient. I expect modern self-service tools, reliable automated reminders, and faster support from a domain registrar.
As a result, I'll be transferring my domain(s) to a more user-friendly provider (like one with transparent portals, auto-renew options, and better support) next year once it's safely renewed.

Responding to Easily reply to my review.
No response or explanation as to why I wasn't notified that my domain was expiring has been offered.
Two options for renewal were set out in the email Easily sent after the domain had expired, but only one was applicable to my situation. This is what the email says:
"If your domain is not set to automatically renew, please follow these steps:
• Log in to your Easily Control Panel.
• Navigate to My Account > Payments and ensure you have a valid payment method on file.
• Once confirmed, contact our support team at ......"
There was no option to renew via your portal, as your instructions make clear.
The tone of the response leaves something to be desired. I might have stayed with Easily if they had accepted that they should have informed me that my domain was expiring and that maybe offering an online renewal option would be a good idea, along with some phone support.

I had rapid help from Easily support (the tips say don't mention names, otherwise I would), who responded to my request for a check on what I was intending to do by offering to do it, then doing it quickly once I took up the offer.

The Control Panel gives me full control over domains, nameservers and DNS records.

Our domain lapsed (my fault) and I got in touch with Easily over the weekend. I was pretty impressed to see a response at 6 am on Monday morning, and have just resolved the issue (10 am Tuesday) with the help of Tracy Spencer. Big thank you because being unable to access your site is frightening and they've got on the case very quickly.

Response times are far too long - tho the Support Team are good
When you manage to finally get hold of an Easily Support person (only now by email), their advice is excellent. However the response times are so long and it can easily take 2-3 weeks to get an issue resolved which isn’t really acceptable.
Easily Management - if you’re serious about offering a service, please add extra support staff and extend hours of operation. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll be talking my business elsewhere.
Used to be the best (20+ years ago) now the worst!
I still have far too many domain names registered with Easily, who used to be great, but unfortunately, they have become unusable. Firstly, they now add extra charges to allow you to do the most basic of things with your domain name/dns, such as "forwarding to a different url" since this is now a "payable service" that you haven't paid for. Next, each time something is set to auto renew, the renewal fails, yet you don't get any notification of it having failed. (And before if expires, you can't renew it manually either, as it's of course set to "auto-renew") Once the domain has expired, you can't renew it through the website any longer and customer service is unreachable. Worst of all, the website is unusable and buggy. Avoid them at all cost!

Hello, I don't seem to be having a good experience with Easily at the moment. Customer service used to be really good, but you can't talk to them anymore and waiting and waiting for emails to be answered. My phone updated and as a consequence I need a new password. My contact at Easily was with Christopher McGuinness who was extremely helpful and patient as I had a problem I couldn’t have resolved without his help which was excellent!!! He was very understanding and excellent at responding quickly!!!

Excellent customer support
Had an issue setting up EMail. Turned out to be a password issue. Customer support was excellent. I logged my issue yesterday and had several back and worth emails first thing this morning and the issue was resolved within half and hour or so. This feels so different from my usual experience of getting support from other IT companies.
