Worst company Ever……

Worst company ever! They’re in the Zulu So they can scam you and think they can get away with it. Bought an Apple Watch band 5 weeks ago. It literally fell apart, I paid $50 for it so not cheap. I would assume their cases are just as bad. I contacted the company and was told by this nasty girl that if I wanted a refund, I would have to return the crappy band and also pay for shipping from the us to the uk! That’s just what I want to hear; thst in order to get my $50 back, I have to spend $20 more on postage! Or, they would send me a replacement free of charge! Whst makes them think I’d want another shoddy watch band. Ugh, never again!

I made a mistake ordering the wrong…

I made a mistake ordering the wrong color for my iPhone 15 pro case and Easy Cases were very attentive to help me on this matter. Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Over 3 weeks for the company to process and drop the item off at a USPS facility for an order that I paid for on Nov 9th. It has been just shy of a month now and still nothing. The alleged 8-12 days shipping is not the case. I guess this is to be expected in a company dealing in counterfeit merchandise. Needless to say, reported and disputed.

I still haven’t received my order that…

I still haven’t received my order that I placed a few weeks ago, I have been told by customer service that they are resending a new one,— hopefully will receive it in the next 8 to 10 days. If not, I would’ve had a very poor experience with this company.

Terrible delivery service

I ordered my wallet on October 23. It was shipping out of Jamaica, New York to Connecticut, which is the next state over. It departed from Jamaica New York on October 25 and I still have not received any update shipping information and it is November 1. When I contacted the customer service I got a canned response back. I know this because I emailed them twice. Obviously they sendthis response to everybody. I’m still waiting for my delivery and if I don’t hear within the next couple of days, I will contact my credit card and have them credit my account. this is an update on my case. I finally received the item, but it was not as described on the website. When I brought it to the company’s attention they told me the picture was the accurate description. When I responded. This was false advertising. They tried to offer me a free gift and have me pay for the item, I responded I would be contacting my credit card company and they said I could ship back the item at my expense. I told them that was not acceptable and I would be receiving a credit from my credit card company. I did receive a credit however I will not be ever ordering anything from this company .

Not lux looking, emblem discolored

Shipping was great and the iPod Pro case is cute, decent quality and fits nice. The issue is that the “GG” signature emblem looks tarnished and orange color versus bright gold as depicted in advertising and pictures. The discoloration makes it look cheap and definitely not “lux” as advertised. The gold chain that is attached to the side is the correct gold color which highlights the discoloration. Left with disappointment.
