Friendly and easy communication to find the best energy provider

So far, we feel that this was a great service recommended to us by our makelaar. They called us on time to set up the utilities for our apartment and this with very short notice. I believe they had 24 hours or less between knowing we needed the services and our departure flight and subsequent arrival at our flat. We had a call for insurances on our second day in country, as they promised. For this reason, we think 5 stars makes sense. There was also good communication on the part of Easy Nuts. They were very professional and courteous and replied by email very quickly. It was a relief to us because navigating that system didn’t feel within our capabilities on first arrival, but of course had to be taken care of immediately. A big weight off our jet lagged shoulders.

ik vroeg om een leegstandscontract maar kreeg via budget energie een normaal contract aangeboden dat bovendien pas na een maand ofzo kon ingaan. Dus onnuttige service, kan ook zelf direct naar een energie provider en dan om het juiste type contract vragen

Nadat we werden aangemeld werd ik al de dag erna meteen gebeld. Super super super informatief, behulpzaam en aardige medewerkers aan de lijn! Heeft me wat rust gegeven tijdens mn verhuizing!

I got an offer from easy nuts with estimate gas tarif 137 eur / month. When I confirmed offer, I recieved a contract from Budget Energie with estimate tariff 210 eur/ month FOR THE SAME CONSUMPTION AS IN THE INITIAL OFFER.
I tried to ask Easy-nuts employee 3 times - why this is a difference. But employee did not know the answer. Now I asked Budget Energie, they do not know why I had such a low tariff in easy-nuts offer...
