Friendly service
We got referred to them by Woonzeker so it was a free service. The oerson who helped us was friendly and felt like a friend giving you advice. Arranged everything for us so during a stressful move we didn't have to worry about the excluded services.

Geen voordelen om deze dienst te gebruiken
Leek zo makkelijk, maar uiteindelijk hebben we alsnog veel zelf moeten regelen. In het portaal stond dat we via Eneco alleen stadsverwarming konden krijgen, en dat we apart elektriciteit moesten afsluiten.
Een paar dagen later kregen we een mail dat door een "storing" ze Eneco niet konden afsluiten en we hen zelf moesten benaderen. Bij contacteren van Eneco bleek dat we op ons adres ook gewoon elektriciteit bij hen hadden kunnen afsluiten, wat niet in de opties stond van Easynuts. Erg jammer, we hadden het liefst alles bij 1 leverancier gehad.
Geen voordelen dus om deze dienst te gebruiken.

Bedankt voor uw bericht en het delen van uw ervaring. Jammer om te horen dat dit niet naar verwachting is verlopen – we begrijpen dat dit frustrerend kan zijn.
Graag lichten we het een en ander toe. Voor voorzieningen zoals water en stadsverwarming geldt dat deze in Nederland regionaal gereguleerd zijn. Dit betekent dat u hiervoor niet vrij kunt kiezen tussen verschillende leveranciers; deze zijn gekoppeld aan de regio en vallen buiten commerciële samenwerkingen. Hierdoor kunnen wij deze diensten niet namens u afsluiten, maar ondersteunen wij door de aanvraag voor u in te vullen via hun website. In sommige gevallen kan het voorkomen dat een aanvraag alsnog direct door de klant moet worden afgerond, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een leverancier dit vereist dan moeten er gebeld worden dit gebeurd in 1% van de gevalen Wij mogen in dergelijke situaties helaas niet telefonisch namens u handelen.
Wat betreft energie en internet heeft u wél vrije keuze. Wij werken met een selectie van leveranciers waarmee wij goede prijsafspraken hebben gemaakt. Dit zijn vaak niet de traditionele partijen zoals Eneco of Essent, omdat deze doorgaans hogere tarieven hanteren. Uiteraard staat het u altijd vrij om zelf een leverancier te kiezen die beter bij uw wensen past.
We begrijpen dat u het liefst alles bij één partij had willen onderbrengen en dat dit in uw situatie niet optimaal is gelopen. Mocht u willen, kijken we graag alsnog met u mee om te zien of er nog optimalisaties mogelijk zijn.

I had a bad experience with easynuts. Due to a confusion my makelaar signed up with them and when I tried to cancel, it has not straightforward. Customer Service is all about managing these non standard issues and it was non existent here. not recommended

Thank you for your message.
We would like to clarify the situation. We are a platform that processes applications through integrations with various suppliers. In this case, your real estate agent submitted an application using your name and their own email address, and the request was accepted from their IP address.
After a significant period, well beyond the 14-day cooling-off period, the agent attempted to cancel the application, stating it was a mistake. Unfortunately, once this period has passed, cancellation is no longer possible through our platform and must be handled directly with the supplier. Any associated costs are therefore outside of our control.
We have only processed the application after it was accepted. For that reason, we find it unusual that responsibility is being attributed to us in this matter.
