Very poor communication. Not able to get on hold of anyone in the company since singing the contracts either by phone, or via email.

Easy Nuts owes us money for wrongly handling an energy setup in our new appartment. After confirming their mistake and reimbursement 6 months ago, and several times after that, they are unresponsive and difficult to reach out to. I would highly discourage anyone who would think of using the services of this company.

I did not receive the water contract and the gas and electricity contract did not go through either.

The process was very easy and fast. They didn’t take much time and quickly recommended the most suitable option for me. Great and smooth experience.

There were a few occasions where to some of my questions I got a false answer accompanied with certainty. When I told the person that what they are saying is not correct and contradictory to what is communicated by the service: I was treated with an aggressive attitude. I simply wanted to understand what is the correct answer to my question not to blame someone, thus I was very polite. However, the easy nuts person was quite aggressive for no reason and not helpful at all.

On the positive side, I appreciated the responsiveness.

All in all, I lost trust to the service after these incidents. I won't be continuing my subscription after my 1st year contract finishes.
