The person who called me seemed to be too stern and rigid, she was kind enough to postpone the call to the next day, and she didn’t mention that I have to get the picture of water meter reading, and then I received an email asking for it, since I am new to Netherlands I am not fully aware where the meters are located, if she had mentioned before on the call, I would have checked with the Makelaars before the weekend to avoid delays. Overall could be more polite while interacting.

The representative that assisted me was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.

Ik had een contract getekend voor €134 per maand voor elektriciteit, en na 12 dagen in het huis te hebben gewoond, ontving ik een rekening van €159.

Heel fijn dat er bij telefonisch contact direct een email adres van de desbetreffende medewerker werd gegeven. Bij vragen kun je dus meteen de medewerker die je daadwerkelijk aan de lijn hebt gehad bereiken.

Avoid this company. I tried for weeks to cancel my yearly contract. They did not answer calls, and the cancellation option on their platform doesn’t work. Despite this, they sent an invoice for the full year.

Only after invoicing did they respond — to demand payment, even though the service was not used. Very poor and frustrating experience. Be careful before signing anything.

I got ringed 3 times in 10 minutes and I was ringed for like half a second so I have to call back. When I called back immediately the bot said all agents are occupied and I had to wait then noone answered. When I managed to get an agent I asked help with setting up the water and I got an email 1 workday later that they cant do it, I have to do it myself.
