WE are blown away
The day a listing came out, I contacted Lee-Anne and even though they were on their way back from a weekend getaway, she met with us at the house for a viewing. She kindly advised me how the online offers worked and I must say, if it wasn't for this we probably wouldn't have got our home. After a dreamy walk around, where she pointed out how we could change a section of the garden to our own veggie patch, and removing certain walls that had already been deemed non-load bearing; she ignited the dreams of our first home. As soon as the sellers had accepted our online offer, we had an OTP within record time . She was incredible in making sure we knew how things were progressing and as soon as the papers were in, the SOLD sign went up. She has been so accommodating, even after this. It is the first time of selling through Eazi. I must admit I was sceptical but gave it a go. Ricardo Galandt Eazi consulting agent contacted us and an appointment was arranged. Very honest humble person. We could confide in him because of his professionalism and he started the process. From the day the property was listed we had so many viewers and buyer enquiries.
