Swift,efficient and transparent. Everybody gets a fair opportunity to bid on a property. Its been frustrating enquiring on available properties with other agencies just for it to be sold before being afforded a opportunity

Excellent service throughout
The website is easy to navigate. The layout is user friendly and clear. We had excellent service from the Eazi team and they kept us informed and up to date throughout the sale. We would receive an update either via email or whatsapp or phone call. This kept us constantly in the loop. When we had any queries, we would receive an answer the same day and they were dealt with efficiently. The interaction was always friendly and polite.

Throughout the selling process, I was updated regularly on how the selling process was progressing. I would receive an update either via email or watsapp or a phone call. This kept me constantly in the loop. When I had any queries, I would receive an answer the same day and they were dealt with efficiently. The interaction was always friendly and polite.

When Charmaine listed our property we…
When Charmaine listed our property we had not yet found a place to call home, however, she guaranteed that our property will only be sold once we find something and all suspensive conditions are met,we found a property also listed on Eazi Real estate's website and contacted Denise who worked hand in hand with Charmaine to conclude our purchase simultaneously. 😀

The estate process
The estate agent , Charmaine was very hands on and completed the OTP documentation within 3 hours which gave us ample time to communicate with the banks. The bond originator that they used was also so helpful and communicated each step with us. We had a great experience.
