Bought four Quattro chafing dishes…
Bought four Quattro chafing dishes having been told on the phone they were premium and better than competitors. Although I haven’t seen competitors I’d say they were budget. Very thin steel which flexes when handled. Brushed appearance not mirror stainless. Need to screw the handles on.
They’ll do the job for occasional use I suppose.

We bought a spiral dough mixer
We bought a spiral dough mixer. We used couple of times and the dough did not develop well due to speed of the device. We provided evidences and asked for a return/replacement (even accepting the upgrade difference payment). Yet, we had no solution as product cannot be returned after use. How can we see if its doing the job before using? No solution minded approach. Not recommended

We understand your point regarding wanting to establish whether a machine is suitable before committing to it. However, once a machine has been used, we are unable to accept it back as a change-of-mind return. Where a customer believes a product is faulty or not operating as it should, we do have a warranty process in place to assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
We did provide guidance on the appropriate route to have the machine assessed, and we were willing to assist in resolving any genuine fault. We’re sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations, but we do take concerns regarding our equipment seriously and always aim to find an appropriate resolution.

Problem solved
I had an issue with my order after receiving some incorrect information from the online AI assistant. However, Matthew Finkel from Customer Success handled the situation very professionally and fairly.

**Worst company I have purchased from in years**
I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before ordering from eCatering.
My experience with this company has been appalling from start to finish. When I wanted to return the item, I was told they would only refund 75% of the purchase price due to a restocking charge. I was then advised that further deductions could potentially be made if they considered the packaging to be marked or damaged.
Customer service has been equally dreadful. It took approximately FOUR WEEKS for them to respond to my email in the first place. The item was then returned to them, with tracking confirming they received it, and nearly another four weeks later I still have not received my refund.
At every stage, it has felt as though getting my own money back has been made as difficult as possible.
It has now reached the point where I have had to instruct NatWest to intervene and reverse the charges because I am still waiting for eCatering to refund me.
This is without question one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in years. The delays, deductions and complete lack of urgency once they have your money are unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from eCatering to read the reviews carefully first. I certainly would not use this company again.
