I have bought alot of catering …
I have bought alot of catering equipment from this company over 15k delivered always on pallets and never ever had a problem ,unfortunately this time I bought the lava grill and came as a parcel box not on a pallet and as you can imagine it was very badly damaged after sending photos and emails e catering decided to refunded me some of the money and I kept the grill with the side damaged this has not put me off buying from E catering as I found them that offered the exact refund ,please I don't want to put nobody off from buying something from this company like i said before I bought alot of catering equipment and I shell buy again and again if I need anything I only suggest to e catering that the lava grill should be delivered on a small pallet with tape saying fragile not just a simple heavy box .thanks E catering fiona and the team for sorting the problem for us .

Quattro Premium 1200mm Stainless Single Bowl Dishwasher Sink, Right Hand Drainer ordered from ECatering. The price was good for a quality specification product. Delivery was well tracked and delivered on time. The sink we received was an Italinox model, but after some research we discovered that this is ECatering's other "in house" brand alongside Quattro - the point here though is that it was super quality. We're very happy with our purchase, thank you.

Excellent Commercial Microwave
The commercial microwave oven I ordered is absolutely excellent - perfect in every way: easy to program, solidly made, powerful and well finished (perfect to have out on display in a domestic kitchen). Delivery was superfast (within 24 hours of ordering), plus the courier was very nice and helpful.

Faulty Damaged item
Communication not great. When reported a faulty item. I ordered 3 items all tables, 2 were fine the 3rd was packing damaged upon collection, delivery driver said it was damaged but was told to take it to customer.
I refused it. After various calls and emails, me having to chase the whole time. A week later I received the same package which looked like by now it had been around the world, ripped and torn in 11 places. Once unpacked dented in 3 areas a stainless steel table. Sellotaped alot.
I asked for a full refund
Ecatering offered 50% refund. After much discussion I accepted 50% as I wasn't going to get another table in time.
Try to avoid this company if you can. Not an ideal experience from beginning to end.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Having reviewed this matter, we can confirm that the damaged item you refused initially was returned with the courier, and a replacement was arranged. It is extremely disappointing that the replacement then arrived in such poor condition, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
We appreciate that, from your perspective, the overall process felt drawn out and required too much chasing, and I’m sorry for the lack of clear communication at times. We are reviewing this internally, particularly in relation to how we manage courier issues and keep customers updated.
While we’re glad we were able to reach a resolution with the agreed 50% refund, we fully accept that this was far from an ideal experience, especially given your need for the item within a certain timeframe.
