Faulty Damaged item
Communication not great. When reported a faulty item. I ordered 3 items all tables, 2 were fine the 3rd was packing damaged upon collection, delivery driver said it was damaged but was told to take it to customer.
I refused it. After various calls and emails, me having to chase the whole time. A week later I received the same package which looked like by now it had been around the world, ripped and torn in 11 places. Once unpacked dented in 3 areas a stainless steel table. Sellotaped alot.
I asked for a full refund
Ecatering offered 50% refund. After much discussion I accepted 50% as I wasn't going to get another table in time.
Try to avoid this company if you can. Not an ideal experience from beginning to end.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Having reviewed this matter, we can confirm that the damaged item you refused initially was returned with the courier, and a replacement was arranged. It is extremely disappointing that the replacement then arrived in such poor condition, this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
We appreciate that, from your perspective, the overall process felt drawn out and required too much chasing, and I’m sorry for the lack of clear communication at times. We are reviewing this internally, particularly in relation to how we manage courier issues and keep customers updated.
While we’re glad we were able to reach a resolution with the agreed 50% refund, we fully accept that this was far from an ideal experience, especially given your need for the item within a certain timeframe.

To clarify, the cooker can be used perfectly well as a standard oven without using the humidification function. The water requirement only applies if you wish to use that specific feature.

They showed up without any means of…
They showed up without any means of transportation for the equipment, surely a company that delivers heavy equipment would have some kind of machinery to deliver where you can’t arrive in front of place. Then if I didn’t keep calling they made no attempt to notify me when they were coming next. Today finally I think, we’ll be receiving the equipment we ordered two weeks ago and results it was delivered straight away. Good luck

Having reviewed your order, we can confirm it was placed on 05/05/2026 with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 working days, and was successfully delivered on 11/05/2026. We recognise that your delivery was slightly outside the quoted window, we fully recognise how frustrating delays can be.
Regarding the delivery itself, our pallet shipments are kerbside deliveries, typically carried out between 8:00am and 6:00pm. This service does not include specialist equipment to move goods beyond the point the vehicle can safely access, unless arranged in advance. We always recommend that any access restrictions or specific site requirements are communicated to us beforehand so we can make suitable arrangements. From the delivery tracking details, it appears the courier experienced delays as these access considerations were not known in advance.
We were also unable to locate any prior contact regarding delivery concerns before this review. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can address any issues promptly and provide updates where needed. We will follow this up with an email, and if you would like us to investigate this matter further, please feel free to reply.

Avoid this company
Item delivered damaged, notified you within 48hrs as soon as I opened the package also included photos & video of the shocking state of the packaging that clearly been repaired by the courier, unless of course you sent it in that state to begin with ! but you choose to hide behind hidden terms and unreasonable 24hrs time scale for reporting damage despite me having to contact you by phone as you had not acknowledged my email 4 days later. Will never use again.

As your email was sent on a Saturday, I would like to clarify that our customer service team does not operate over the weekend and we recognise the impact this had on your experience.
While our delivery terms state that any damage should be reported within 24 hours to enable us to raise this promptly with the courier, we do appreciate your position that the issue was reported as soon as reasonably possible after inspection, and within 48 hours.
In light of this, we have reviewed the details of your case and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent, which is scheduled for delivery.
We take all customer feedback seriously, particularly in relation to the clarity of our terms and the timeliness of our communication, and this will be reviewed internally.
