Was booked in for 2 day instalation they done it in 1 cleaned up behind them from start to finish a great experience. So happy with my new windows and door.

This is a top class company from start to finish they were professional and they explained everything to us Danny,Rocky,and Callum came out and fitted them within two days, quality tradesmen and polite courteous and never stopped working, they were punctual and nothing phased them great guys.Tina would always phone us asking if everything is alright great customer service I would recommend this company if anyone is looking to get new windows.

From the start first class service . The guy that came to give us a quote was very informative he showed us on his laptop how the panels would be fitted on the roof .. guided us from start to finish .. fitters were amazing had the panels up in no time the electricians were very helpful setting up the app before leaving ..Tina kept us in the loop about the next step .. first class company

Davie and David were great they worked without a break and the standard of work was outstanding they worked an 11 hour shift to allow it to be finished the same day. Hopefully when I get the other 4 windows next year I can ask for them to install them. Very happy customer

I arranged a home appointment for a quotation for replacement doors and a window. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the visit was handled.

To be fair, the representative was polite and pleasant to speak to. However, there is an important difference between being personally polite and conducting a professional appointment appropriately. In this case, a significant amount of the visit was spent discussing personal life rather than focusing on the work I wanted quoted.

Despite being in my home for nearly two hours, They did not properly inspect the door, did not look at the door style I had chosen, and appeared to give only a very limited assessment of the window.

I was initially quoted around £7,000, which was then reduced to approximately £5,000 through what was described to me as some form of government-related, Help to Buy, eco or recycling scheme. It was eventually reduced a little further but not enough to make me want to say yes.

Given that the exact door specification had not even been properly discussed except they didnt think a composite door would work so any qoute was to my understanding based on a upvc door. I did not feel confident that this represented a thoroughly assessed or transparent quotation.

What concerned me most was that I had to say no several times and ultimately had to be quite firm in bringing the appointment to an end because I was being made late. Although They remained polite in their manner, I did not feel that my decision to decline was being readily accepted.

For me, professionalism is not just about being friendly or courteous. It is also about respecting a customer’s time, listening to what they actually want, providing a clear and properly assessed quotation, and accepting a refusal without repeated persuasion.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience on this occasion, and I would not use the company based on this visit.

I understand, the company would like to talk to me and want me to identify my post code id rather not do that and i no longer wish to spe d time on this.

We had a great experience with Eco Installations, a family-run company based in Livingston.

From the very first phone call, the customer service was friendly, professional and helpful. They came out the following day and showed us the actual window we would be getting, including their own patented design, which gave us a clear idea of exactly what we were paying for.

The consultation and initial measurements for the doors took around an hour. We then paid the deposit, and three weeks later their installation team, David Coyle, came to fit 6 windows and 2 sets of doors — all completed in just 2 days.

David Coyle is a family-run business as well, with a father and son carrying out the installation. They worked continuously, without cutting corners, and their 30 years of experience really showed. They were friendly, polite, professional and had a great sense of humour. They also cleaned up properly after themselves.

Most importantly, they did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the final result.

I recently bought a new front door and windows from this company and I couldn’t be happier. The salesman Neil came and we went through everything and I’m happy to say there was no hard cell at all, in fact he was very patient with me. We shook hands, paid the deposit and he said his office would be in touch. True to his words they did and made a date for the fitting. Graham & his team turned up as arranged and worked away like beavers and kept me informed while I sat with feet up at the telly. They completely cleaned up after them, then Graham walked me round and explained all what was done and gave me the relevant keys. I was so impressed as all went like clockwork from start to finish. Thanks guys you did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Also a thank you to bubbly Tina for keeping me in the loop about everything. Fantastic job by all.

Very happy with my new windows and front door which i can't stop looking at 🤣 Dylan and the two Jamie's done a great job. Only a couple of minor glitches but was soon sorted next day by Graham. Tina was very helpful too keeping me informed of what was gonna happen step by step and Derek was great made sure i got a modern door instead of an old fashioned one 😀 all in all the whole team were great 👍 so thank you Eco installations. The quality of my windows and doors is fantastic, and the boys who did the installation worked to a very high standard.

We have recently had solar panels and batteries installed by this company. Communication between the company staff and ourselves was excellent. We were kept up to date at every stage. Connagh the sales representative, Tina at HQ, Cole and Willie the installation team and Barry electrical engineer and supervisor were all professional and efficient. Good people doing a good job. We have been offered ongoing help at any time while we get used to a new system. A very positive experience for us.

Special mention goes to the fitting team led by Graham whose standard of workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. A thoughrouly professional job.
