Staff were efficient and helpful. Always kept in the loop, answered questions and queries with good knowledge and experience. Windows and door look fantastic, we are very happy with our overall service. If we need other services we won’t hesitate to use Eco Installations!

Great experience. Quality doors. Cameron our fitter done a great job.

Just had another window and a new front door installed and to say I’m pleased would be an understatement! Had 3 windows replaced earlier in the year so decided to get this company to do more work for me. Gary fitted everything on his own today and made such a good job of it. The employees are polite and helpful from start to completion so I would definitely recommend this company . Thanks again guys and also the lovely Tina 🌟🌟

Brilliant service. Quick, professional and nice guys. What a difference this has made to my flat. And just in time for winter. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and 1st class window fitters

Fitted my solar in one day very professional job. fitters were very professional and tidy. fair price.would highly recommend

Just had my windows and doors replaced by Eco Instalations. From the first contact to the completion of the job only took about 3weeks.There was no hard sales talk from Cameron who explained that if I wanted cheap windows that this company was not for me.He had a window sample with him and I could see the quality they would be supplying. After everything was explained to me I had no hesitation in signing on the dotted line.A couple of days later Derek the surveyor came to get the exact measurements.Derek had been a fitter but because of an accident he could not continue doing that and was given the job as surveyor which is ideal as he explained everything in detail what the fitters would do,he also recommended certain things that could be done that I had not thought of.The fitters Cammy and David arrived promptly on the date given and they were very polite and professional. They took only 2 days to fit 7 windows, one of which was a bay window and 2 doors, they never even stopped for lunch. On completion they cleared up everything, cleaned all the windows and doors and even hoovered. They had done a very professional job.Last but not least Tina in the office kept in touch with me throughout the process ,which I found reassuring.A first class job carried out and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone contemplating replacing their doors and windows.

The sale pitch was low key and very professional and the salesman explained everything in simple to understand language. He ran through the financial options available again with no hard sell. The order was placed and a timeline given which turned out to be shorter than forecast. Every step was efficient with the staff always pleasant and friendly. The door was fitted in the time given to a very high standard with the product itself excellent value.

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Salesman was professional and polite, didn't try and sell us more than was required. Installation could not have been slicker and follow up was quick to ensure happy with job and checked to ensure competently installed. Would definitely recommend the company.

Absolutely love my new windows, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We had 5 windows replaced in one day, very happy with the service. Tina was great, always available to answer any questions. The only negative I would say is having to make an immediate decision to get a lower price, but this was overridden by the rest of the service. it’s also good to be able to support a local, family run business, we would use them again in the future for work to our conservatory.

Highly recommend Eco installations for windows and doors. From start to finish they have been brilliant. Tina calling to make sure everything was going well. Always there to speak to if I needed anything. Big Dan, Rocky and Cal installed my windows and doors honestly fantastic. The three of them didn't leave until they were happy with everything they done. Customers truly do come first with this company.

Excellent communication from start to finish.
Friendly sales advisor, helpful surveyor and fitters completed the job in 1 day, 5 windows and 2 doors.
Tina checked in regularly throughout each stage to keep me updated with what to expect next.
Would highly recommend

What an amazing company for getting new windows.when the salesman came to our house we thought it was 7 windows needed done but after looking at them he said we only need 3 replaced, unlike other companies we were not conned into getting them all done.
The fitters arrived, Tom and his brother Gordon, and we knew the living room window would be a big job as it's 12ft wide but they tackled it really well and it looks great. They came back the next day to finish the other two windows and they were very polite, cleaned up everything and even complimented me on the coffee I made! I would definitely recommend this company and the fitters.

This was a large project. 19 high panels for 2 terraces. Cameron gave advice, planned it and priced it without hard sell. He gave us time to think about it.
Once ordered there was a final measurement.
Three weeks later a team of three came to remove the old and fit the new sections.
They were superb, protected carpets and flooring even in the lift. No fuss, they calmly got on with it. Took three days, they tidied and vacuumed as they went. All debris removed.
The final result was superb. All beautifully finished. First quality product. Couldn't have been better. Head office contacted us each day to ensure it was going ok. The team left our home in immaculate condition. Well done!

High quality windows fitted by friendly highly skilled tradesmen. Very happy with the standard of work and service. Would recommend them.

From the initial visit, to quote, through to completion of installation of six windows and French doors - three weeks, absolutely superb.
Everyone involved - Fiona, Iain, Jimmy surveyor, Tina, Michael and the excellent installation team Jim, Liam and Ross - were thoroughly professional.
First class communication, advice and updates throughout the process kept all progressing as required.
The quality of the windows and the French doors is superb, we're delighted that we chose Eco Installations for the project, enhanced moreso as both a local business and with their FENSA accreditation.
Jim, Liam and Ross did a great job as reflected in their overall quality of workmanship.
We can most certainly recommend Eco Installations.

Entire process from start to finish was absolutely painless, Boys arrived on time and couldn't have been friendlier, more efficient or helpful, would absolutely recommend
