Incredible company to deal with. From the very first phone call to the completed job, every single person we’ve dealt with has been respectful, knowledgable and patient! We are absolutely delighted with our new solar panels and battery and can’t recommend Eco Installations highly enough!

Tina was lovely and kept us updated throughout the process. The workers worked very hard and did an excellent job. They were very polite too. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or doors installed

The team at Eco Installations is great! We hired them to install solar panels on our roof. They explained everything well from the first meeting at the house, the installation was quick and professional, Tina was exceptional, and the pricing was good for what we got. After everything was installed, they helped me setup the app on my phone and walked me through using it. I highly recommend Eco Installations!

So pleased with my wi.dows and door would certainly recommend

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and the fitters were so hard working and left the place spotless I would definitely recommend eco to anyone looking for new windows so pleased with my new windows

Just want to say a big thank you to all the team at Eco. Fantastic service which was great all the way from the start where I picked my product to the fitting earlier today. Massive shoutout to David and David who fitted my doors and windows because they look amazing! Would recommend Eco 10/10

Extremely friendly and professional. All arranged and installed inside 10days. Incredibly fast service. Now up and running with 12 panels, top of the line battery system and enjoying generating my own energy. Thanks again, highly recommend.

To begin with - there was no hard sell. On. The day of the fitting I was well informed as to the arrival time of the team. Graham, Brandon and Darren were excellent! Friendly, polite and very professional. They were clearly very experienced and I felt that they really took pride in their work. I’m delighted with my windows and would certainly highly recommend Eco Installations. Many thanks.

Impressed that Eco only sold me the number of panels I required rather than more than necessary.

The installation team led by Sean, were absolutely first class and Sean’s attention to customer care is second to none.

Finally Tina and Alec were extremely helpful and knowledgeable- so plaudits all round.

Excellent value for money.

Everything was done in a professional manner from the start to the end.

From start to finish the communication was excellent. Delighted with the price and more importantly the finished product of 10 windows, 1 door and a set of French doors. From ordering to fitting it was a quick, efficient and seamless experience. Would definitely recommend. Big shout out to the fitter Graeme and his team who worked tirelessly over the three days of installation. They were friendly, efficient, professional and tidy workers leaving a fantastic finish to all windows and doors. 20 year guarantee received by email upon completion. Thanks again to all at Eco Installations.

From my very first enquiry through to the completed installation, the service was outstanding. The team were patient, knowledgeable and transparent, taking the time to discuss the different options with me without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated the personal service and attention to detail.

David arrived on time, talked me through everything before starting, made sure I was completely happy, and carried out the installation with great care and professionalism. He even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, leaving everything spotless.

I absolutely love my new door. It’s beautifully fitted, has made my home noticeably warmer, blocks out intrusive noise, and is genuinely a joy to come home to every day.

Thank you to everyone involved. It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes such pride in its work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service.

From start to finish this company have been excellent, all work done as planned they could not have been more helpful.I have already recommended them to my friends.

The after care that they have provided has been exemplary. One window unit needed to be replaced due to a scratch. The issue was handled so professionally and the new unit was fitted only days later. Some time later I had concerns about what looked like misting within the windows. It turned out to have been dew on the OUTSIDE side of the windows which can happen when the outside panes falls below dew point on a clear, cool night. Rather than being a problem this is a sign of how energy efficient the windows are. Again, Michael was more than helpful, beyond anything I have experienced with any other company. I was left completely reassured that I had chosen a trustworthy and reliable company.

Staff arrived early and finished in one day, work looks great. Workmen were polite and tidied everything up before they left, making sure we were happy with their work.

Lewis Clark visited to discuss a potential purchase today.
We found Lewis polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
After visit we were happy to place an order.

Right from Jon the initial salesman, the office staff and the installation team, it was a first class service right from the get go! I am always nervous about salesmen and contractors, however Eco Installations have been amazing and we are over the moon with our windows and door. Thank you to the whole team and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a great family business for their next windows and doors.
