The service was great from start to finish, Cameron, who came to speak to us from the company was lovely and brought a window sample to show us exactly what we would be getting. He also talked us through finance options and the full process to give us an understanding of how the installation would proceed. Then there was the equally lovely father and son team David & David who carried out the installation, these guys know their job and carried it out superbly, covering carpets etc with dust sheets and cleaning up any mess left behind at the end of each day. Our home has been transformed for the better and we love our new windows and doors, highly recommended!

From the branch manager Neal, to Alex and his installation team , this has been a stress free experience. 5 windows and 2 doors fully fitted and finished with the day. The guys were impeccable, very tidy, worked with pace and absolute respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting new doors and windows! Thank you John and the whole team!

Absolutely Fantastic Service from Start to Finish

I recently enquired about solar panels and battery storage and was impressed from the very first contact.
There were no pushy sales tactics at all I was given honest, professional advice and recommended exactly what I needed, without being pressured into buying anything unnecessary.

The whole process was straightforward and well explained, giving me confidence that I was making the right decision. What really stood out was the speed and efficiency of the installation. My solar panels were fitted today, and the installation took place within seven days of agreeing to go ahead with the purchase.

The installation team were professional, friendly, and worked to a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels or battery storage.

Excellent service from sales through to installation. Clear communication throughout. Thomas and Gordon were both professional, polite and friendly. All work was carried out to a high standard and done within the time frame. All mess was cleared up. Tina in the office was friendly and supportive from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

Just had 10 windows installed in a 2nd floor flat. The team did a great job over 2 days and worked very hard. Mikhail and the guys kept me informed of areas I was not sure of and checked in with me regarding time. It looks amazing. The support from Tina and the calls made prior by the design team to make sure I was happy with what had been chosen and that it was aesthetically in keeping with the building made a big difference to me mentally what with it being a big expense. It turned out even better than my initial discussion. Very thorough in every aspect. Now with a 20 year warranty with white windows I can have peace of mind.

Eco installations contacted quickly after my initial enquiry to make an appointment with Keiran. We ordered a door and the measurements were taken the following week. 4weeks later the door was fitted.
The communications from the Tina and the team were very clear and friendly. Any issues were dealt with immediately and professionally.
We are really happy with our door - it looks great, closes (our old one was rotten) and keeps the heat in.
Eco installations are highly recommended, thanks.

Great job from start to finish. No mess left and windows and doors are lovely.

Had an visit from Craig today as I need a new front door. Was just an initial visit but after hearing about the company background and the guarantees etc, decided to go with them as they were able to match my budget. Looking forward to getting my new front door.

Always keen to help and make changes to fit your needs and requirements. Staff all extremely friendly and nothing is too much hassle.

Had arranged 2-door installation with another “reputable” company and let down so after browsing went for Eco Installations who installed today by Jay and Jacob. Very nice guys. Polite and cleaned up very well. Nothing too much bother. Doors seem excellent so here’s hoping

Just had 5 windows and a front door fitted by Eco Installations Scotland over 2 days following an initial visit from Ryan. From the outset Jim and his team were professional courteous and polite to my husband and I whilst carrying out the work to an extremely high standard I would definately recommend them to anyone seeking new windows/doors. Finally a huge thanks to Tina for being extremely helpful guiding us through the process at each step of the way. Thanks guys we made the right choice selecting you to carry out our work

Just had new windows and doors installed fully today . Eco great with keeping me updated with what was happening daily calls from Tina . Chris Craig and Steven great guys . All fitted cleared up and tidied after themselves. . Five star

Windows and Doors fitted. Thomas and Gordon were friendly, professional and their attention to detail was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better company and work men to have installed them. Also a mention to Robbie who came out and went through everything at the start.

David came to fit my new composite door. He was friendly and i felt very comfortable having him in my home. Laid dust sheets around and got straight to fitting. He kept me informed throughout and once completed i was extremely happy...the new door is beautiful! Very clean and tidy around aswell.
