The work force for Eco247,are the best l have come a cross. l am 78 and the.house was cleaner when they left than when they came.Full credit toEco24-7 and to the work force,Five star company.

Started with an ageing inefficient gas boiler, a cold, uninsulated house and a hefty energy bill for electricity and gas. We now have an efficient air source heat pump, an insulated loft, insulated cavity walls, ventilation fans and a solar panel installation involving both apex rooves and a flat roof - carried out by Eco247 under the Eco4 scheme.
Gas bill is now mainly s/c and will be capped shortly. We have to learn how to manage our new system to achieve it's potential but a very big THANK YOU to Eco247 for designing, planning and carrying out the project, which has left us with a warmer, greener home with projected lower energy bills.
The project was planned to run over 3 wks but Eco247 were flexible to extend that to 4 wks, so that I could have a new flat roof installed prior to solar installation.
The installation mostly went smoothly but this is real life and a timely intervention by Kyle got us hot water earlier than was planned following a miscommunication. The heating system, ventilation fans, loft and cavity wall insulation went well after that. The solar installation started well with the apex roof panels installed, connected and generating. However, there were issues with the flat roof solar install. Due to communication, equipment and logistical issues, the installation was delayed for some 3 weeks. A massive thank you to Brandon for intervening and refocusing the team on completing the install. The installation was completed, connected and generating.
Real life allows character to show through - how do people respond when things divert from plan? Well Eco247, with strong interventions by Kyle and Brandon certainly came through the test!

Our property is now lovely and warm well wrapped and saving us money on our electric.
We no longer need gas and are having it removed, so no more standing charges.

The loft insulation was fitted to a very high standard into the most awkward corners.
it was great to hear the lads banter as they had to work In such conditions.
Plumbers installed the full system in a couple of days which was a lot going into a loft, pretty amazing to be honest.
Solar was next, scaffolding up and solar was installed over a couple of days.
Any little snags along the way through out, have all been quickly resolved.
We expected there would be far more, with all the work that has been carried out and in such a short space of time.

We had a problem with our air source heat pump following building work on the kitchen. The engineers came out after a few phone calls and did an amazing job of replacing the part despite the pump being on the side of the house and 10 ft up. Chloe at eco247 was instrumental at solving this issue for us and now the system is working perfectly again. We are set for a cozy winter!

ECO247 has replaced our ageing and failing oil boiler, utilising the ECO4 scheme.

Kyle was our primary point of contact, and he, along with Deva and Kerry, made the whole pre-install process easy and stress-free. They were each proactive and very helpful at all times.

The installation took an elapsed period of circa 4 weeks, however the disruption inside the property was limited to just one day, this was much better than anticipated. All of the on-site contractors were courteous and took care to tidy up at the end of each working day.

The benefits of the installation are clear already and post-install, Kyle and Dale have continued the excellent service and support.

Overall, our installation has been a very positive experience and we would highly recommend ECO247 to anyone considering upgrading their energy system.

I would highly recommend this company

I was approached by Kyle with regards to the supply and fit of solar panels and air source heat pump through the government scheme. I was delighted when Kyle contacted me to say we had been accepted. We were having a new roof fitted and I proposed to Kyle that we would like the solar panels sunken into the roof finishing flush with the roof tiles. He set up a site meeting , prior to the work starting, with my roofer, the solar panel staff and of course himself representing ECO 247. Throughout the whole job , all of the staff were courteous and always smiling, they made a fantastic job of the whole fitting of both systems. Nothing was to much trouble for the "Team". Kyle kept in constant touch, even when not on site, and I was able to raise any questions I had with him and always received a satisfactory and knowledgeable answer. The results are amazing in both the aesthetic look of the roof / sunken solar panels and the efficiency of the whole of both systems.

We had eco247 install solar panels with air source heat pump and radiators at our 1930s bungalow that needed much needed renovation. Some niggles along the way but nothing too much trouble for Kyle and Deva to sort out. We are very happy with the install. It didn't take all that long from the start to the finish, around 3-4 weeks on and off. Already seeing improvements in our electric bill. Highly recommend

How can people give a good review my experience was so bad the tank leaked cables were left exposed holes in the wall that were never filled oh and after 5 months of asking I still have had paper work after tank leaked bathroom floor so bad had to replace myself also no loft or wall insulation I would not recommend to anyone and I have got emails from them to prove it

They did an amazing job, really efficient and tidy they did an amazing job with the installation all the radiators look great and where very helpful with any questions I had, Thank you Ethan, Jamie and Carl for all your hard work.

The time from inquiring about eligibility to job completion was about 3 months. Everything was made easy by the eco247 office, including applying for the grant, two on site surveys, and a start date for the lads. Once on site, each trade were polite and helpful and did a thoroughly professional job.
We are now enjoying the benefits of a fully insulated slate cottage, with air source heat pump, solar panels and battery. Thank you so much Eco247.

I’m sorry to say workers were brilliant but didn’t plaster holes that they made also left a lot of wires hanging tank they put in leaked twice which left me to put in new ceiling cost me a fortune though I was doing the right thing but the money it has cost me to put things right 🙈😢cost me so much money and still things are not right

I would like to thank the government for letting the amazing office staff as well as the highly skilled engineers be part of this company. I have the pleasure of the outcome of the work due to great quality which was even done during some very bad weather.
