The whole process has been very smooth and we’re really grateful for our home feeling much warmer now! The lads were very polite and tidy, and did a great job. We had exterior facing wall, room in roof and loft insulation put in. Plus vents in our bathroom and kitchen.

The project manager was very helpful throughout keeping me updated on what to expect, and was prompt answering any questions I had.

This company installed via a goverment grant air source heating and 10kw of solar on our roof, they also fitted extra insulation in our loft.
The work was carried out over two weeks and the engineers they sent was clean polite and hard working,
Any issues we had was addressed and kyle came around personally to chat to us and sort out any concerns we had

Eco 247 were brilliant, had a massive amount of Eco 4 Grant work done on a very old awkward house - 8 weeks of work all done to a very high standard.
The lads doing the job were brilliant, courteous, neat and tidy , respectful, funny, and extremely helpful going above and beyond what was expected of them which really helped as I was very anxious about the disruption and the amount of work being done.
It was a pleasure to meet them all, they worked so hard and fitted in with my needs.
When job done and I had a few teething problems all I would need to do was ring the office and they came straight out - once I rang and less than an hour later the job was sorted - you don’t get better service than that.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot praise enough the team of Eco 247 for the excellent job of installing solar heating, and everything it entailed in my property. The men were all skilled, professional craftsmen. I had a new boiler and flat roof insulation through this company and from start to finish the process was smooth and straight forward and the quality of work is 2nd to none. I couldn't be happier with my new heating and insulation. The office staff were fab and kept me up to date throughout. Recently contacted Eco247 as I needed some work carried out under an Eco4 grant and from the first call I made to the company to the installers coming out and carrying out the service and works has been first class, all works were carried out professionally and to a standard I wasn't expecting without it costing a penny. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Had my ECO4 grant completed about a month ago and just wanted to say a massive thankyou to all the lads that came to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.

Also really happy with my air source heat pump and the solar panels, doing a great job and 100% worth fitting. I did have some concerns at first about heat pumps because of the bad press in the news but it is working great and my home is nice and warm.

Communication with the office has been really good and professional. I really cannot thank Eco247 enough, Highly Recommended !!!

I recently had an Eco4 grant installed in my property, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everyone at Eco 24-7 delivered amazing service and demonstrated their commitment to making sure everything was done to the highest standard. I still can't believe it was all FREE. We are so grateful.

The first communication before the "technical survey" was carried out was swift. Any further communication after this relation to questions I had and cancellation has been atrocious. Being stone-walled is the most appropriate description unfortunately. I cancelled works because I did not trust what I was being told and was being rushed into it without having all of the full information and specifications of everything they wanted to install I to my home. I have tried emailing to cancel any works planned well within the 14-day cancellation period as requested but am having no replies to multiple emails. This is highly concerning when I am told I am liable for costs if I don't cancel in time. Communication from this company is unfortunately atrocious and I would advise anyone here on to avoid any Eco-4 scheme at all costs.

The team was able to support me in gaining a new Air Source Heat Pump & Solar Panels for my property.
They provided clear and concise information from the initial assessment to completion.
The work carried out was to a high standard and has provided a great heating increase to my property.
