I received my lift chair and the arm was totally destroyed. Well Edward’s Creation after a couple of videos sent me out new arms for it. It made me very happy as I didn’t have the money to buy another one. Thank Edward Creations for helping an ole sap out.

Edward Creation is an excellent company. I had wonderful experiences with them. I bought a power recliner lift chair for my sister in New York and then decided it would be nice to have one for myself as I've never had one. Both chairs are excellent quality. Their customer service is outstanding.

Company is very receptive and accommodating. Although I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the products , they are quick to make every effort to correct or replace defective products. In my case I had to upgrade product, which recently happened so the quality remains to be seen

Chair failed after 4 months. Replacement failed after 2 months. Company refused to arrange to have it repaired. Sent a couple replacement parts that had nothing to do with the wiring that needed replaced or repaired. They refuse to issue a refund or honor the warranty.

It just took an extra amount of time to get our issues resolved. If zippers are used they must be heavy duty with locks.

I saw an ad for a lift chair that appeared to be exactly what my husband needs so I ordered it. The ad described the chair accurately, which is remarkably rare for on-line ads these days. When I called the company, the person answering the phone was helpful and patient. The chair arrived within a reasonable time, and by husband is very pleased with his new lift/recliner chair.

I experienced a problem with the back recline on my power lift chair, which was intermittently failing to work,so I contacted customer service, abd after providing photos of the remote they sent me a new remote. This seemed to solve the problem.

However, some time later the recline failed entirely and the chair was stuck in a semi- reclined postion. Further contact with customer service and further photos of the chair and base resulted in the company providing me with a new base, which solved the problem .

Throughout the course of this interaction the company's sole interest was to solve the problem and correct it to my satisfaction. This was evident throughout our communications, which spanned several weeks and included nearly 20 emails bacj and forth. I have the highest praise for everyone at Edward Creation for their concern and the professional way they handled this problem. I'm also thankful for the generous two-year warranty they providevon every lift chair..

Best Customer Service I have EVER encountered. One on one correspondence was reassuring and this company stands by their products. The chair I purchased was very well made and I received it in only 3 days. They offer a huge range of choices and colors. The helpful folks there listen to what you need and suggest products that you describe. Their website is very easy to browse and move through. I researched a great deal before choosing Edwards Creations and am very happy I did.

The original chair was defective and a replace chair was sent at no cost to me. The customer service staff was very helpful

The lift chair was exactly what we needed. And the price was amazing.

I ordered a lift chair and got 2 of the 3 boxes within a few days. The third one never arrived. Edward Creation customer service was quick to respond. After a week or so the third package had not arrived and I’d no idea if it had been found. I convinced the company to send me a replacement part. After a bit of a fumble I got the replacement chair back. I put the chair together and I’ve been blissing out on it for 2 days now. I live in a small studio apartment and this chair will be my only bed and chair for work, sleep, and everything else.

I chose a fabric covering and I like it very much. It looks and feels great.

It did take 3 weeks to rectify the issue. Otherwise I’d give the company 5stars.

I contacted Edward Creation because I had an issue with the recliner ( I purchased it for my husband to use after he had back surgery). They promptly emailed me and told me they would look into the issue to find a solution, and then get back to me. After communicating with them through several emails, I was informed that the recliner was no longer available, and they apologized for the inconvenience, and that they would be issuing me a full refund. I would recommend Edward Creation to my friends and family. They have great customer service and stand by their products,

Perfect size, doesn't overwhelm room and other furniture and color matches. Comfortable and quiet operation.

Assembling the chair was so easy. When contacting customer service, they responded quickly to answer my concerns. Very impressed with the company in all respects.
