After purchasing a chair (w/heat and vibration) for my wife in Oct 2025 we that in May 2026 the heat and vibration feature had failed. We contacted Edward Creation via email to work with them on a warranty fix solution. It did take a couple of emails to get someone's attention to our issue and respond but once we had that worked out, we got through troubleshooting and isolating the problem. Once it was identified we had the part needed within 2 days resulting in a fully restored working chair. Everyone we dealt with at Edward Creations was very helpful, patient, and courteous throughout the process. It did take a little longer than I would have expected but that was partly my fault because of my work schedule I could not respond back to them immediately. In the end we were able to get my wife's chair back to 100% working. I appreciate the professionalism their representatives showed. I would (will) consider Edward Creations again for another purchase in the future.

The chair is broken the motor doesn't work I've sent you an email of a picture and a video with it not working and it got no response I will never order from you again I will tell everyone that you are a terrible company This is ridiculous I spent $900 on a chair and it never worked

Ever since I bought my recliner, I haven't slept in my bed—and I don't need to. My chair is all I need!

We bought an extra wide lift chair a year ago after losing ours in Hurricane Helene. The spring came out of the bottom. I contacted Edward Creations and sent a picture of the problem - within a week the replaced the base with a new one!! Thank you so much for being a great company that stands by their products!

The website was user friendly and ordering was fairly simple. The delivery arrived in three boxes as stated and left at our gate. The box containing the base of the chair was damaged in two places, and this box was approximately 90 pounds. The box construction was just as the two lighter boxes, which was really surprising due to the weight of the chair. Assembly of the chair wasn't quite as simple as the video and the small booklet, especially with the wiring hookups.
The chair was purchased for my wife due to a physical injury. She likes the chair so far, with respect to getting in and out, as well as the comfort and other amenities such as the heat and massage. If the chair is reclined to a sleep position, she does have to use a small pillow in the small of her back due to the gap in the chair. The one provided with the chair isn't quite thick enough and flattens pretty easily. Overall, it appears to be a good purchase. Would have given 5 stars if the "base" box would have been more heavily constructed to avoid damage in shipping. Fingers crossed!

Satisfied with this chair. Took a while to assemble. Lots of wires and power supplies. Motors seem strong. Fabric is very good. I think for the price it is nice. Hope it lasts.

I purchased my Premium Lift Chair at the end of 2025. I've had it now for about 6 months. I made my purchase because of a cancer diagnosis that made me unable to do anything. The chair arrives in separate boxes that fit through your door. Assembly isn't hard, even for us older people. The arms slide into place. With a little direction from my son, the back snaps into place. Make the connections under the back of the chair, plug it in, and it's time to relax. For the first month, I used it as a bed and a recliner. When I get up, I need assistance, and the chair assists. Recently, the chair had an issue with one of the motor's electrical connections. Edward Creation took care of it. I am very appreciative of that. The Edward Creation chair costs about 1/3 or less of the same equipped chair in a furniture store. The furniture store we visited asked $ 2,500–$3,000+ for this. Then tack on a delivery fee and wait a week or more. You do the math. Give Edward Creation a try and cut out the middleman.

The chair was as described and it arrived in a very timely manner. Definitely would suggest this site to friends and family. Thanks to the entire crew at Edward Creations for this smooth transaction!

It was easy to purchase this chair. Information I inquired about before purchase was available regarding which was best for my brother who is disabled. Fast shipping too! Easy to put together. Great quality.

Lou, at Edwards provided expert help to support a friend who needed a special recliner due to his disabilities. She directed us to just the right one!

Unfortuantly, our friend remains hospitalized and has not been able to use the recliner, which remains in the shipping boxes.

We considered returning the chair. Very expensive due to weight, and Lou provided some options for cost-effective shipping.

We decided to keep the chair in hopes that our friend will return home to use it. I shared this with Lou and we were so touched about how she wished our friend well.

Very thoughtful and professional! Cannot recommend Edwards enough with such customer services and caring.

Order process was great. Best part for me was the finance option as I have excellent credit and got the perfect payment plan.
Without, I would have not purchased.
Was delivered in a timely manner.

Nothing was missing.

I would recommend, however, to wrap the items in bubble wrap instead of just a flimsy plastic cover as the boxes came damaged and exposed part of the chair.

Also since one needs to use a knife to open the boxes, I almost cut into the material as the items are in there too snug.
