Customer service was excellent, when the chair was first delivered and set up it was noticed that wires to the motor were damaged. After emailing customer service about the issue a replacement base section was immediately sent out and arrived quickly. We could t be happier with the new chair!

I Love my chair. But I was disappointed that the delivery driver didn’t even bring it in to my apartment. Everything I have bought since I lived here they have brought it in.

I have to take a lot of Tylenol to relieve my pain This particular recliner looks very nice it has the massage it has the heater But it's very excruciatingly uncomfortable and painful. Only reasonable cushion it has is on your elbows Other than that you feel like you are sitting on rocks I have never ever ever experienced anything like it And for me to send it back and you already know that very well it's gonna cost an arm and a leg It is a shame and a huge disappointment for this to go on because I'm a old disabled lady with cancer and heart problems and this it was a very very very expensive chair for me but I thought it looks good it's gonna be very comfortable and good for my health and my little bones and I'm worth it Unfortunately I was very wrong by choosing this particular recliner and I'm paying a lot not only from my pocket but with my pain and sufferig. I wish someone will help me here I'm developing a lot of pressure sores which I never had in my life. But the worst part is that because I am diabetic those sores are not healing but are developing into disgusting infections. I'm on a lot of pain I'm very miserable and since you asked me I'm telling you my honest to God opinion and feeling regarding this blood chair How are you gonna help me???? Can you spare some coupons or something on some kind of cushioning for this chair because I'm broke already I paid dearly for this bloody chair and again I'm telling you this because you insist for my opinion I wasn't going to say much but here is your answer Sorry for this long long long response But I have to describe it as it is THE DEVIL IN MY LIVING ROOM. They really came through for me. My husband was to come from the hospital in 7 days from a triple bypass. My order was to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. After I ordered the chair I emailed them and told them I need it in 7 days. 5 days later it was on my porch. Good quality, very reasonable price. So greatfull.

I had an issue with my lift chair and contacted customer service explained my issue provided the evidence of the issue as requested. After their revue they concluded that a replacement chair was warranted and provided the tracking number for the new chair.
