Love all items I have bought. The fit of the T-shirts is brilliant and I always love to wear my weekend hoodie. Highly recommend.

Bought the Tara jeans in March to go on a weekend away. Wore them a handful of times. Went to wash them for the 1st time & noticed a hole near the front pocket. After care service is very poor. I messaged 3 times on the Chat but never had a reply. E mailed 3 times but never got a reply. Telephoned twice, finally had an answer -that well they are 8 weeks old now. If I pay £95 for a pair of jeans I expect them to last years not weeks!!! In the end I sent them back using Royal Mail special next day delivery before 1 which cost me £9.95. Finally had a response that they didn’t think it was a manufacturing problem?? Offered me an exchange as a goodwill. No mention of refunding my postage or no apology whatsoever. Thankfully I paid by PayPal & have now opened a case against them. Very disappointed, frustrated & annoyed.

I’ve been frustrated with this company for over 2 weeks. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and never received it. Contacted Hayley several at least 6 times, in which I still have no idea what happened and can’t seem to get a replacement order sent to me. I feel I have been very patient but I’m so upset with no information on my items. Besides not being able to take the items on vacation with me. ☹️

Fabulous company-I’ve been buying sweaters and tees for a few years from this independent brand & they’re getting better & better! Great new designs, and more items - for a capsule wardrobe, work, casual or dressing up to go out. They have plain, prints & my favourite monochrome tees, I’m a size 10-12 and buy a medium in the sweatshirts and neat fit tees (I find the size charts & advice really helpful & true to size). Hayley the founder designs, describes them so well & also models them on lives too - really personal service!

I recently purchased the Bella bomber and the Noir t-shirt. The quality of both items are beautiful. The bomber was a bit big and the turnaround to send a smaller size was quick and efficient.
Haley changed my order to go to a different address after order which was seamless. All transactions have been really smooth. A great company to do business with.

I have bought numerous items from Eleven Loves. All have been excellent quality and beautifully made. They are also completely individual and short runs so you tend to feel quite unique in their clothes. Many, many times I have had complete strangers stopping me to compliment me on my clothes when I am wearing Eleven Loves attire. The clothes are well priced for the quality and the customer service is excellent. Not only that Hayley gives heaps of styling tips and insights on their social media channels. A fabulous company with a fabulous sustainably conscious product.

Absolutely love Elevenloves. Ordered a couple of times now. One time I needed to do an exchange and a return. Could not have been easier as postage was paid for. Money went back into my account super fast too.

I found Eleven Loves at the end of last year and have gone on to purchase lots of their beautiful clothes. Not only are the clothes really good quality their customer service is excellent.
I have contacted them on several occasions with regards to sizing and aftercare of the clothing and they have always responded quickly.
