Absolutely not getting what is advertised total scam cheap cheap shouldn't be allowed to sell anything should have read reviews 😕 only fit for bin disgraceful what this website getting away with

J'ai commandé 2 sacs a main depuis debut decembre 2024 pour les cadeaux de noel de mes filles.
je n'ai jamais reçu les commandes, ni aucune reponse à mes demandes de remboursements. Le numéro de telephone indiqué sur le site n'est pas attribué.
Comment peut on encore laisse une telle boutique continuer de fonctionner et de mentir aux gens?

Ne pas commander dans cette boutique, je me suis faite prélever pour une commande que je n'ai jamais reçu à ce jour. J'envoie des mails de demande de remboursement et aucune nouvelle à ce jour. Une boutique malhonnête à fuir. Un conseil garder votre argent ou acheter ailleurs.

Hold jer langt væk fra Ella Copenhagen.
Tøjet bliver sendt fra Kina og skal returneres til Kina hvis det ikke passer.
Dragten har kostet 280 kr og hvis jeg skal returner den koster det 912 kr.
Forklaring er for at mindske co2 udslip🙈
Så måske en ide at lave tøjet i Danmark og derved slippe for co2 når der laves tøj i Kina og derefter sendes til Danmark
Undersøger om det er lovlig efter dansk købelovgivning.

Pants look nothing like the picture. Material is not as advertised. Top material not as advertised. Poor quality workmanship. Delivery notifications conflicted. Made in China which is not clear on the website. Lesson learnt dont buy from this supplier.

Wouldn't even give them one star. ordered a dress online, the material was so thin like tissue paper. My mistake, I didnt read the return policy has to be sent back to China so postage cost huge. This is where they get you as they then offer you a 10% refund and you get to keep the disgusting poor quality product that is only good to use as a rag, it is too thin to be worn. After complaining they did get the refund offer up to 30%, so I got back $16.19 on a $60 purchase. I should have read the reviews.

This site of Ella Melbourne clothing is the biggest scam. Took ten or more days for delivery, when arrived the clothes was too small and fit even I order a small, but it like xxs. Material is nothing like it said, thin and poorly made. For the quality at the price they charge is pathetic. Never again. Stock came from China. Be aware people.

The delivery took longer than expected. I had to contact the company to enquire why my package had not moved for 4 days. The dress I purchased was a polyester fabric. I thought it looked like it had some stretch in it by the video and it doesn't. It is very disappointing. It fits well around the bust but is way too wide around my hips. I would not buy anything from this company. It is all sent from China. I might as well have bought something from Temu. I thought I, know stupid me, I was buying from an Australian Company.

I am highly disappointed with the product I received. The fabric is extremely thin, nearly transparent, which is unacceptable given the high price of the dress. I intended to return the item, but upon reviewing the return policy on the Ella Melbourne website, I found it to be very restrictive, with customers required to cover the shipping costs to an overseas warehouse in Asia. I advise caution when dealing with this company, as their operations appear disconnected from Melbourne. I regret not checking reviews before making this purchase."

I had seen a dress from this company online a few times and decided finally to purchase. The price was almost $60 so was expecting a reasonable quality dress. Also paid extra for priority shipping and still took a month to arrive. When the product arrived it was nowhere near the quality I was expecting, material was see-through and workmanship quality was extremely poor. Please DO NOT buy from this company. It is a big scam. After contacting them they said I can return item, but would cost me nearly the same amount as I paid to return it to China. The fact that the company name I purchased from was Ella-Melbourne, led me to believe I was actually buying locally, which is not the case. They then offered a 40% discount for further purchases, which clearly I would not have any intention of using. Just beware that products shipped are very poor imitation of what you see online

This company is a huge scam. I ordered what looked like a very nice top for $59.95 what I received was an inferior item material was cheap & shiny and also didn’t fit. There was no invoice and no company address.in the parcel. I contacted the company by email and asked for a refund. I was offered a 20% discount and to keep the item as it would be too expensive to return. I said no I would like a refund. I was then offered a 30% discount and keep the item. I refused that and again asked for a refund. They then gave me about a six line address somewhere in China and another final offer of 40%.
I could see by this stage that things were not going to improve so rather than lose out completely I reluctantly took the 40%, On further checking I found same item on Temu for around $10. Massive rip off but I should have read reviews before I bought from this scam company. Always read reviews before buying online.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP the material is not what you would expect it is thinner than thin and nothing what it looks like on line. The cut is dreadful too.

This company is a complete scam! Absolute rubbish quality clothing at a high price. Their policy states you can return however they refuse to provide return details and in the end only offered a discount on future purchases. There is no business of this name in Melbourne.

Total scam. Took over a month to deliver.
They pretend to be from Amsterdam, but actually a Chinese company.
Very poor quality, cheap fabric. And very expensive for what you get!

Hmm set bikini voor de vrouw besteld op 8 april 2024, nog steeds geen levering. Paar keer gemaild maar krijg steeds standaard antwoorden dat de status word bij gewerkt(op de site die helemaal niet werkt) en de oorzaak drukte is. Erg jammer na de beloofde 14 dagen levertijd. Helaas lees ik veel van deze reacties en dit lijkt op oplichting. Ergens zouden mensen samen iets moeten doen.. ik wacht nog even af maar geduld is wel bijna op
