Ordered of the £10 autumn rail . Advertised on live that you will get anything of the rail . Ie jacket , tracksuit ,jeans ,top . Came today a pair of leggings that would fit a child was sent . This item wasn't on the rail and with £3.99 delivery . I would never pay 13.99 for leggings . Totally and utterly disgusting what this person is doing to customers . I will never order again

Ordered 5 lucky dips - after 6 days still showing preparing shipment when it clearly states it will be delivered within 3-5 days?? Sent several emails and tiktok messages and have been ignored. Can't even track the order as there's no shipping tracking or anything. Can't cancel or refund the order as noone is messaging back. Really disappointing never ordering from here again after reading these reviews as well. shocking! CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER.

i bought a lucky dip item and the item that was delivered i am pretty sure was not on the lucky dip rail.. which is not ideal but ok i can live with that. it was a cream jacket. I made do.. however i took the labels off and wore it once and only for a few hours to go to lunch. By the time i had worn it for 10 mins threads were coming loose.
i emailed the owner the day after with pics and i had already told her i had taken the labels off as i had worn it but the threads had come lose staright away. She then asked me for a pic of the item with the label on... who wears something with the label on??? she basically said she would not assist as i had taken the label off. Its disgusting service and i have blocked her sites, emails and any other advertising she does as I do not ever plan to use her... STAY AWAY

Ordered the Lucky Dip and honestly wish I hadn’t bothered. The photos online made everything look amazing — what I actually received was laughable. A plain black top and some cheap-feeling leggings that look and feel like something from a bargain bin. Absolutely awful quality, no tags, no washing instructions, nothing. Neither item was even shown in the Lucky Dip live, so it feels totally misleading. And of course — no returns. The whole experience feels like a complete scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY and avoid this shop at all costs.

Ordered Lucky dips , 40£ ! Just waste of money for anyone wondering, on live showing items included what you might get but when package arrives it’s nothing from the actual livestream items on the rail !! Just cheapest stuff she has , leggings and t shirts with no tags , not even washing instructions! And ofcurse no returns !!! Cause all them thousands would go straight back ! Take advice from me , you won’t get them jackets or jeans , save your money and go to better sites !! Temu , SHEIN , better service believe me !

I ordered the beige “stretchy” jeans and when I tell you nothing about them were stretchy at all. I also was given a free gift on the love which I’m pretty sure is a pair of xs leggings when I ordered the jeans in a 14. The jeans also do not fit as they are definitely not “stretchy”. Would not buy again.

Ordered two lounge sets. Only one arrived, sent through a contact form via the website on the Friday and had no response (says 48 hours for a response on the website) so sent another one through on the Wednesday explaining the situation again and my frustrations that I hadn’t had a response. Received an email back asking for a photo of my postage label and the item I had received. Sent this across then got another email from her to say that my parcel was correct according to the weight. I then had to send video footage from a camera in my house of me opening the parcel when it first arrived to prove that it was wrong. Had I not of had this proof and be fortunate enough to have cameras in my house I would never have been offered for my item to be sent out or a refund. Will easily scam people and customer service is also shocking, will not be returning.

There’s a lot of 1 star reviews, however I decided to order the blue stretch jeans for the first time and wow! It’s the first pair of jeans that feel comfortable to wear, after trying multiple businesses for jeans in my usual size (m) none fit other than these! The stretch is amazing and fit to your body shape. Packaging and the cute none and sweet were so thoughtful, definitely recommend 🫶

Warning for international customers: I was charged UK VAT when ordering from abroad and then had to pay VAT again when the parcel arrived.

I showed the seller proof and asked for a refund of the UK VAT, but they refused, even though the law requires them to fix such mistakes. To add to this it took over a month for the order to arrive when I paid over 20€ for shipping for a mistake that she did!

I cannot imagine how much money she has probably collected from people paying VAT wrongly. I have reported to HRMC. This is Illegal.

If you’re outside the UK, think twice before ordering, you’ll likely pay double tax.

Poor quality clothing and incorrect sizing, bought lucky dips and single items and each have arrived very small fitting, she promotes online different items to what she sends out in her lucky dips please be aware of what you are buying

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this girl is a scammer and a liar. I was on her TikTok live last week I placed an order for a £15 lucky dip after watching her go through the items that were included within this deal I paid £18.99 including postage. It arrived on Friday when I opened the parcel there was a basic long sleeve white top which I was charged almost £20 for and wasn’t shown as an item that could be received. Came here to find lots of others have experience the same thing.

On her live again tonight she was called out by another few girls because that had received the same after her stating just before that long sleeved tops were not included then suddenly they were included in the last one. She has an image of the rail on her website and there is no long sleeve tops of this material on it. I did email to complain and she tried to gaslight me into thinking it was there and they come in different colours( not sure what that has to do with it). Dave your money and go elsewhere. I will add her sizing is way off.

Happy to take your money then happy to gaslight you when you know you have been scammed.

I have tried this shop many of times, each time I've been dissatisfied. Clothing sizes are completely off. She doesn't sell the items she advertises.
Her lucky dips are ridiculous. 2 times I've purchased a lucky dip and 2 times I've received an item valued under the amount that I paid.
Stay away from this shop. It's fake and likes to rip of customers.

Ordered from this business before and had no issues! But decided to order again and get another pair of the jeans as i did love them! I then put them on and noticed they was loads of threads coming out in the inner leg on the left! i proceeded to email them as i wasn’t happy and i wanted a refund! Ella then replied saying i couldn’t as i had taken the tag off? I didn’t notice the issue until i had them on and i was out? How is this fair? i wouldn’t have an issue if she was polite with me and explained but then She then ignored my email when i asked how to make a review on this matter!

Was on Tiktok live and stated the items on the rail and floor were going into the £10 mystery. Items shown were jeans, skorts, dresses, tops co-ords etc.
She showed us all the items as multiple people were asking.
I ordered 2 at £10 each and not one single item received is what she showed us on that tiktok live.
Lied about the items we would receive.
I received this weird skirt, I can't even explain it and a top- items I ordered were a M-L and this top is tiny and more like a size 6.
I understand it is a mystery, please don't lie and show us items you state we will receive and send something your not even selling on your website.
Be honest and tell us it might not be the items on the rail but something random not shown.
This was my first order and I did like the look of everything you showed on your tiktok live, reason I ordered.
Very disappointed that you took advantage and lied to get people to buy.
The 2 items sent won't fit me as I am a size 12 and not a size 6-8.
You have not even taken the time to send items even in the right size.
I wish I had looked at these reviews before placing an order and after this and the fact you was dishonest I won't be ordering again.
To return I have to pay return postage when I have already paid which is unfair for your dishonesty.

Payed £10 lucky dip payment was + shipping of £3.99 so in all it cost me £13.99I had to return the item but was only refunded £6 how is this right

This company is a scam, they are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. There items are cheaply made and look nothing like the photos… I ordered 2x lucky dips and funny enough had the same problem as someone else who had left a review, the item was far too small and I’m a size 10-12. I ordered a size medium to large which states it’s a (12-16) !!! I’ve tried contacting her and she said that the item is a medium to large which is a lie. If they want to advertise that there sizing is 12-16 then they really need to make some changes because this isn’t right.

Bought the denim skort, then realised the shorts underneath have a massive triangle shaped hole on the crutch/front! Underwear exposed and all she could say via email is to “make them less bulky around the waist” this is awful. The whole point of shorts underneath is to feel comfortable and young girls are wearing these! No offer to return or anything. Now ignoring my emails.

AVOID!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a £10 “lucky dip” via TikTok after seeing her show nice items on live. What I received was nothing like what was advertised cheap dead stock, completely wrong sizing (supposed to be M/L but fits like a 6/8), and all the tags cut out.

When I emailed to complain, she dismissed me and said the item was the “right size” which it clearly isn’t. After that, she ignored further messages and carried on doing lives, refusing to acknowledge me when I asked questions.

It feels like a deliberate scam: she shows off good items on live to hook people in, but sends out junk to paying customers. Reading other reviews, I can see this is a repeated pattern.

Avoid at all costs she takes your money and sends rubbish.

Purchased 2 lucky dip bags in the size M/L 12-16 to be sent something to fit a xs or 10 year old child. When emailed to ask for a correct size,I was told twice it was the correct sizing.i had even sent photographic proof of how small the item is. Would never order again from her. Wish I’d read the reviews first
