A big thanks to Ricky, Craig and Luke. They arrived promptly. They were polite, helpful and got on with the job. They also answered my queries in a friendly manner and were very positive throughout both to me and my 2 year old grandson who was very excited - took photo of top of flat roof for me and suggested how to alter drainpipe to protect flat roof. They were a happy trio who didn't curse, moan, smell or play music. A credit to EMS and workmen everywhere.

Been wary of calls re solar PV as most want to do a hard sell. EMS did what they promised; checked the system and made some recommendations for optimisation. We went with some and due to a cancellation had the work done the same day! No hard sell or inflated promises.

Very happy with this company. They took over the care of our Magic Box and Solar panels after the original companies disappeared. They have kept in regular contact regarding maintenance and have carried out any work efficiently and quickly. Also nice that the operatives are the same people each time, which gives me confidence. Cold call from this company telling me we needed a fire check on our solar panels and the company that had installed them had gone out of business- It has not
Also of course I needed to pre pay now for the check.

What a relief from the incessant appointments of so called "sales" people who did not know about what they were selling.
John's inciteful energy assessment and calculations of our energy usage and energy outgoings were exactly what we had hoped for.
It took us 3 other appointments to find this out.
Thankfully we chose the best, but not the cheapest option. John gave us solutions for our overpriced heating, hotwater and electrical bills and thankfully we are about to save +/_£1400 this year alone.

The installers, again were friendly and polite making the job look effortless.

I have a water softener and a thermo-dynamic system for all my hot water. EMS have been excellent in their regular review and maintenance of the systems. The quality of the work has been very good as with their customer service. I am pleased to share this experience and to recommend them for any similar work you need doing.

I had the air to air heating system installed recently and it's been way more efficient than my traditional gas boiler system which was on its last legs. The installation team were fantastic. They were punctual and tidy with the work.

We can feel better quality air within the home as it removed the dust through the air filtration system. Really chuffed with this and I would definitely recommend this company.

We have been shopping around for a couple of months and the different companies we contacted had shortages of panels due to the high demand. Fortunately we were referred to EMS Trade Ltd by a relatives neighbour who had their panels installed by them. I recently had my thermodynamic hot water system serviced by EMS. Since the installation I have not once had my system serviced because the company have been liquidated so considering the amount of money I invested it is a no brainer to have it done. I would highly recommend because the workmen are extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient as well as getting a very good price.

ad an aquabion water purifier fitted recently, have to say I’m pretty impressed and the limescale has massively reduced, the installation was very straight forward and the installer James was very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend
