My experience with this company became increasingly disappointing due to what felt like a series of aggressive and misleading sales tactics. I was required to use their pathology service, increasing my cost from approximately $40 to $175. The company then raised the monthly subscription from $80 to $120, claiming the inclusion of four pathology tests per year represented a cost saving, despite me previously accessing those tests independently at a significantly lower cost.

More recently, I was also required to purchase their injection kits as a mandatory add-on when ordering testosterone, regardless of whether I needed the supplies or could source them elsewhere. These changes removed consumer choice and appeared designed primarily to extract more revenue from existing clients.

For a company that promotes itself as helping people achieve their best, I found its approach increasingly inconsistent with that message. Instead of feeling supported as a long-term client, I felt pressured into paying for bundled products and services I did not want or need. Ultimately, these practices are the reason I have chosen to leave.

Great service

Those 5 star reviews have to be from bots. Idk if their customer service is just full of trolls who dont care but theyve been beating around the bush with me over a simple yes or no question I had regarding my dose for a week now. I wanted to give them a chance since everything is done online which is what I prefer but the customer service is pissing me off with their stalling. It's not even the same person that responds every time. Idk whats going on but its really stupid and annoying. Im going to run out of my T in a week and already gave them 1 wk to answer a VERY simple yes or no question. I don't have all the time in the world like apparently these guys have. I'm just going to stick to my old clinic.

I've had an excellent experience with this men's health clinic. The team is consistently prompt, professional, and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They communicate clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and provide a high standard of care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed men's health service.

Total scam site, stay away

The move from Enhanced Mens Clinic to Hormn has not been positive (in my opinion).

Prices have increased / the process is unclear / whenever you ask a question all you get is an AI generated response / you seem to need a dr conultation and test ($$$) with each 60 day prescription / its easy to go without TRT for a week as you cant get a dr appointment in time.

In short - I would recommend you stay far away until they sort their processes out.

Shows promise but seems to focus on trying to automate a process / maximise revenue and in doing so just making it impersonal and difficult to navigate.

Just read reddit if you want more information.

And Hormn - before you respond - perhaps look at all the recent reviews (since the change from EMC to Hormn) - perhaps listening and improving might be a better use of time rather than trying to defend bad practices.

I was supported by Enhanced Mens Clinic prior to the change to Hormn. Not only have the prices increased significantly, you are now required to purchase supplies through them at a rate that is unreasonable compared to sourcing yourself. Additionally the admin support is abysmal, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RECEIVING SERVICES FROM HORMN. Go find a doctor that understands your needs and completely avoid Hormn unless you want to pay a premium for a terrible service. Read on for more information about my experience.

Issue 1:
My local hospital provides syringes and needles free of charge yet I am still required to purchase them now due to “policy” (which is total BS). This is an additional charge of $50 per medication order. Not what they are even worth when purchased online through a retailer.

Issue 2:
The subscription fee has increased $30 per month. Medication fees have increased by over $100 per order. Where I was previously paying approx $1700 per year, I now pay $2500. That is a ridiculous change and one that was very poorly communicated during the transition.

Issue 3:
I have seen the support drastically drop off. First admin enquiry with Hormn via email took over 3 weeks for a reply while I had run out of medication. I escalated this multiple times and threatened taking it further only then to receive a response. During this time I contacted the doctor and had consults multiple times and he was unable to reach them either, there is a clearly a disconnect somewhere between the clinicians responsible for care and the person responsible for business admin. Second admin enquiry I requested all my treatment information to be sent to local GP to be forwarded on to my Neurologist given I have been experiencing some health issues, this again took me threatening escalation to authorities over the risk of my health information not being communicated due to lack of support to receive a response. Each of these experiences were met with excuses and no apology.

I was with Enhanced Mens which switched over to Hormn and while the service is fine, their pricing is terrible.
First they increased the subscription, justifying by promising included services which didn't happen and now I find out they make you buy extras that aren't needed or wanted when receiving your prescription.
Total con job

I had a blood test that showed low testosterone, so I booked a consultation with the doctor. Unfortunately, the consultation was very difficult to hear—please supply headset for the doctors to use. Dr Matthew Hasdell is also pretty dismissive and quite rude on the phone.

Before the treatment had even started, I was asked to pay for a subscription so I can schedule in a consultation with the doctor. But the doctor then requested a second blood test to "confirm" the first results which was only done 2 days ago. When I tried to arrange this in the portal, there is a fee of $175 to order for the second blood test, despite being told over the phone beforehand that it would be bulk billed.

At that point, I immediately cancelled my subscription. The whole process felt misleading, with poor communication and disappointing customer service. It was certainly not as straightforward as advertised on the website. Based on my experience, I'd recommend thinking twice before dealing with this company.

Extremely poor service and false advertising. I was an existing Enhanced Men's Clinic patient transferred to Hormn following their acquisition. In April 2026, Hormn sent an email stating that the subscription increase from $83 to $120 per month was "actually a reduction" because bulk-billed blood tests would be included at no cost. When I attempted to order a blood test after the price increase took effect, I was still charged $175. Hormn advised that the bulk billing feature had not yet launched and would roll out in approximately three months. Despite multiple requests, Hormn declined to offer any credit or revert pricing until the benefit was actually available. I have since cancelled my membership and lodged complaints with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC. My concern is not with the price increase itself, but with the use of an unavailable benefit to justify it as a net saving to patients.

update to Hormn reply: You've just publicly confirmed that you charged a higher price for a benefit that didn't exist yet. Your own email called it 'actually a reduction.' It wasn't. Complaints have been lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC.

After being with Enhanced Men’s Clinic for 2 years, I was rolled into the new Hormn platform. The result was a 50% price increase for what feels like a worse overall service — clunky interface, AI replacing actual support, and it became very difficult to speak to a real person.

As a long-term TRT patient, I felt there was very little continuity of care or proactive follow-up despite the ongoing subscription costs.

My consultation with Dr Matthew Hasdell was also extremely disappointing. Rather than feeling listened to or collaboratively managed, I felt talked over and dismissed. The only practical advice I received was to find a GP, which defeats the purpose of paying for a private TRT clinic in the first place.

I have obviously gone elsewhere

Since the Enhanced Men’s Clinic changed to Hormn, they are terrible. Good luck if you want to speak to a human.
I was with EMC for about two years. But since they changed to Hormn, they ONLY have an ai assistant (that won’t understand you) there is no ‘contact us’ email or phone number to call.

Also, your pathology results (that YOU pay for) isn’t released to you, it only available to view on your dashboard. Why? I track and record all my medical results & have done for years! Why can’t I have a pdf printout like EMC used to do?

Some Hormn links don’t work either. If you love being run around & don’t value quality, by all means, go to Hormn.

It’ll be interesting to see if they improve things, but I’ve cancelled my subscription to them. Do yourself a favour and read the RECENT reviews of Hormn. Don’t waste your time & money here men. Go elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

The website is great, easy to use, but its very difficult to contact a human, no contact emails and you have to go through their Chat Bot. They are all about getting you to do their expensive blood works, even though that is covered in Australia, and then they want to lock you into a Monthly subscription before seeing a doctor! Buyer beware! Go see you GP, a lot easier, i thought this would save time and be easier, but no, do not use!!
