The quick and prompt process. Same day results from initial blood test to the prescription and delivery of TRT. Incredible timeline from blood test to delivery.

Just a bit expensive plus the instructions for a 1st time needle user would have been confusing.
I worked it out but I've been using needles for last 6 months.
Once ordered medications came super quick.

Where to start? The portal is a nightmare to use; it’s so frustrating. You have to do a survey before every appointment that’s the same as when you start up. Confusing. Every appointment was rushed, and the doctor spoke over me whenever I had questions. He couldn’t care less. The support is AI that goes around and around in circles and tells you to do things that aren’t possible in the portal. I’m confused about what the $120 a month covers when the appointments are shit, the portal is shit, the support is shit; if you’re going to charge a premium, then provide a premium service. Lastly, I cancelled my service weeks ago, and they’re still trying to charge me $120, which just went through after back and forth with the bot. They’ve charged it to my Afterpay card which I don’t even have the numbers for my Afterpay card. How.

Very easy to deal with. They book your blood tests and quick results, 7 days from start to mail at my post box. Very satisfied and am in it for the long haul.

So far do good. Everything has been quick and clear. Only on week 2 at the moment so I'm not noticing any changes just yet. Looking forward to my next bloods to see what improvements I have..

Biggest rip off!!!! I went to the doctors and done it myself for less then $25 a mil which I should of done in the first place

My experience:

The initial consultation was great, sorted a plan and did bloods etc, started treatment.

3 months later ran out of treatment, had no message from them to do blood testing or order new meds, no option in the app to do either. No message to re-do consultation.

Assurance they would let me know when needed to do a new consult etc. it nothing in the app or any messaging.

Kept charging me. The monthly fee for zero management or service is a joke.

AI bot for all messaging is also bad. Cancelled the monthly subscription as zero service outside the initial consultation to sign you up.

They are only after subscription frees and won’t offer any service aligned to what you pay. Even cancelled with their AI bot and no message from a human.

The doctor i have dealt with has been very informative and reassuring of the whole process and what to expect over time. Put me at ease

Ive only just begun treatment plan with these guys but so far the have been absolutely wonderful , very informative and transparent so far , the blood work and Consultations have been straight forward and an easy process. I highly recommend these guys for your male treatment plans

Quick, organised and easy. Very professional

Tested a year ago with EMC and then tried to fix the low results myself naturally. A year later nothing had improved - I was hesitant, but did my research and saw that the doctors suggestions aligned with best practices. The prescription itself contained everything I needed, so it was super convenient. It’s only been three weeks and I feel remarkably clearer of mind & have much more energy.
