Hi,
The blood tests are bulk billed, meaning Medicare covers the cost. In some instances if you took the blood test twice, the pathology lab (not Hormn) will send an invoice as Medicare will not bulk bill the same biomarkers that have been tested within a short time frame.

Hi, my experience so far with hormn has been hassle free, and easy, doctor is very understanding and makes this process as easy as possible 😊, I looked into other services before choosing hormn and yes I found some that where cheaper and I see a few reviews of patients complaining about cost..but at the end of the day you pay for for what u get..if you want poor service slow turnaround go the cheap route.. but if you want very fast action to get your health back, then hormn is the one for you..absolutely happy, thanks hormn

I only wish I had discovered Hormn sooner! The entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. The testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) process has been incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, with excellent support and communication throughout.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend Hormn to anyone considering TRT. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. The whole service feels like a scam. You can get better value from your local GP or any other online provider. Do not trust Hormn at all. Very disappointed about how much time I've wasted

Under new management, now it sucks
Used to be a good company when they were enhanced men’s clinic. Then the company changed hands / rebranded and the cost of everything went up, the quality of consultations and treatment turned to shit. To top it off they forced you to purchase highly inflated additional equipment that you don’t want or need in order to get your medication.

Stay away. Complete rip off. Was good as enhanced men's clinic. Now it has changed to Hormn " What a stupid name" and has turned to shit. They don't care about you or your treatment they just want your money. And it keeps getting more and more expensive. They said it was going to be cheaper as Hormn but its alot more expensive. They said blood test would be cheaper there's no difference accept you have to pay more for everything else. They've basically ignored me since changing to Hormn as I can no longer get blood tests here in town where I live and the closest one is 40kilometers away. I can't get my meds ordered because I can't get a blood test done. Made an appointment to try to resolve this and they cancelled my appointment without even telling me. Just had to sit by my phone waiting for no one to call. I am struggling to pay for this treatment as it was and they make it more expensive. And they don't even care that I'm about to run out of meds. I just have to deal with it. Now my life is not going to be worth living. Thank you for nothing Hormn.

I am sorry to hear that the transition to Hormn hasn't been smooth.
A large part of our changes gave patients access to a portal which would allow them to book a consultation with their doctor at anytime (not a nurse), which would be able to deliver a higher quality of care.
When we did transition to Hormn, we sent patients 4 different emails with an explanation on what to do next (fill out questionnaire and book in with doctor), however I understand emails can get lost ion the inbox, and I am sorry this may have happened.
As of tomorrow all ongoing blood tests will be bulk billed.
Sorry to hear about the pathologist. We have always used Healius - even when we were with iMedical.
