The service is OK. It required a moderately polite rocket after month 1 and appears back on track.

I wouldn't normally write a review so early in the relationship, not least when the start wasn't up to expectations, but having now received multiple requests to review the service, I felt I couldn't ignore them anymore.

From when I first spoke with Environ about a moth problem, they were on board. This is the kind of dynamic approach that I needed. They are very professional and effective. The technician was excellent. I have absolutely no attachment to their company in any way.

Really know what they are doing

Great service, punctual

First of more visits. Sharn explained everything that was going to happen and what had to be done so everything was clear before he started. When he finished we all left and, hopefully, let the treatment work. All went well, Sharn was very informative and helpful.

He was very good educated us on how to make sure we get rid of them and not making them spread around

Needed a company offering moth extermination. We found Environ Pest control to have a good customer service team, and promptly booked us in for a free evaluation. Darren in particular is worth a mention. He carried out the evaluation, gave us a comprehensive overview of the treatments available and we were sent his survey report the next day. He has been back today to do the 1st treatment and is proving polite, informative and professional, even arriving on time which is a rarity these days.

My initial call was returned promptly and the person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and took trouble to give me a suitable appointment(s) the technician who attended was most polite, friendly and efficient and explained the procedures fully

We had a fly infestation following water ingress below the floorboards. We had dealt with the water but had been left with the fly issue.
Environ said they needed two visits at a cost of over £400. After the second visit and fumigation (delayed as their contractor was unwell), the fly issue persisted and actually got worse.
We called Environ who said they offered no guarantees but would come to do a further treatment. They wanted another payment of about £200 but reduced it to about £100 when I said it should be free as the work they previously did was ineffective.
Following the third visit the number of flies have reduced but have not been eliminated despite the fact that we have followed their advice exactly. The only thing controlling the problem now is the purchase of two electric fly zappers.
It appears that at no time did Environ seek to ascertain the cause of the problem but have only dealt with the symptoms.
Perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience with Environ is that they invited us to email them if we were not satisfied with their work. We did that over a week ago and have had no response whatsoever.

Both the over the phone and the subsequent visit were very pleasant - just a nice, friendly bunch of people who were super helpful!

Technician installed poison for mice but it was not effective. I see mice more often than prior to the treatment. They did only two visits. At the second visit, they confirmed that first poison was not effective and changed it but won't come again.
Instead of offering a third visit, they try to upsell me to an annual plan. Not a very customer centric experience and not logical, why would I sign up for an annual plan when my initial engagement was not effective.

I was very satisfied with Shaan's visit. He was polite and displayed a lot of enthusiasm in his job. He clearly communicated all that he was about to do and had done. He enlightened me on the vermins's behaviour and gave me confidence that they will be eventually exterminated. Very knowledgeable engineer.

Had a very nice guy taking care of it all, and also checking out our neighbour's flats.

Unreliable agents. I made an appointment for Saturday 11AM and paid in advance. I received a call from environ the fay before asking if the appointment can be advanced to 9 am which I gladly welcomed and arranged my Saturday with the kids accordingly. Despite that, The agent arrived to my property just before 2pm and my Saturday with the family was disrupted. No apology was received from Environ.

Environ did a great job of putting up pigeon deterrents and cleaning up pigeon mess from outside my home. The overall experience was let down by their support staff; it took 4 weeks of me following up and chasing to get a quote confirmed and book in the works - and I was giving incorrect timings for arrival on the day.
