Lovely interaction with customer support when the originally ordered size wasn’t available. Received the product in the size they advised and it fits well and the quality is great. The lightness of the material is perfect for my nervous mare.

Easy to order and was delivered on time. Just what my granddaughter needed for riding her pony along our busy road.

I had used equisafety before, however I will never use them again. I place an order which took so long to arrive that it was no longer needed(I bought it in December and it arrived in February…). I returned my item and had an email saying it had been recieved but no refund until 3 days ago after having previously two emails saying ‘we have refunded you’

This was an outright lie.
Customer service is beyond poor!
I even got an email saying, you expected an apology, what did we do wrong…?

Errrrmm you did t refund me for an item you have recieved by refund for MONTHS! And lied saying you had!!!

Disgusting! And genuinely worry about the credibility for this company or if it is a scam, spend your money elsewhere!!

I bought 2 pairs of hi-vis ears and they are of a nice quality, although the fit isn’t quite right on either of our horses. They wouldn’t come off but they don’t sit well around their brow bands. The original price was £34.99, and I would have been disappointed if I’d spent that. But at the sale price of £9.99 they’re a bargain and I can make some adjustments to make them fit better.

I had ordered horse size but received pony size

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. The products themselves are great quality, but I would guess the company is only still in business through not properly processing returns and not issuing refunds. I returned an item that was too big and requested an exchange. The exchange didn’t arrive. Requested refund and was asked to supply details and since then no refund and any attempts to chase it up go totally ignored. Finally realised no refund was coming and claimed through PayPal buyer protection. Don’t buy directly from this company, use a third party retailer if you want their products

Absolute scammer I’ve ordered boots almost two months ago they never showed up no one answers the email or phone I’m going to file a police report.
Now she’s replying trying to sound normal and flag my review but many many people have come forward saying this lady scammed them too. It’s now five months and she still hasn’t given me a refund. In accordance with Uk law it’s her liability if it doesn’t show up it’s my right to get a refund. This woman is a known scammer beware!

Very disappointed with this company. I have waited nearly two months for a £458.00 Hit Air jacket. It has been sent out twice and both times failed to deliver. Now awaiting a refund, hopefully this will be sorted in a timely manner.

Product arrived as stated and was exactly as described

Purchased a very reasonably priced excercise sheet. Arrived promptly and it is very good quality 😃

Ordered a hat, it came very quickly. So can’t fault the service for deliveries.

However, I wasn’t happy with the quality of the hat. Not the companies fault.

I sent pictures via email of the numerous faults on the hat and the company confirmed if I sent the hat back they would provide a refund.

So, I sent the hat back recorded delivery to be signed for on Friday 10th April. Contacted 5 days later to ask if the refund was being processed. They said they haven’t got round to it yet. But they will.

It is now 10 days since they have had the hat back and still no refund.

I have had to raise a case via PayPal.

Also cost me £15 to send the substandard hat back and no offer to cover this cost either.

Quite disappointed.

No returns on hats without notice or reading the small print. No response to emails , even when Charles Owen asked them to respond…. In response to the reply below , it’s taken you 4 months to respond to a review, now we can all see how great your customer services isn’t.

Very disappointed with how my missing order has been dealth with. Ordered 2 ride-on rugs, only received 1. Contacted the company that day to which they confirmed they hadnt had their glasses on and would get the 2nd rug sent the following day.
Over 6 weeks later, and chasing my order a further 3 times Ive still not received it or had any communication to explain the missing item or my request for a refund if its not coming.
Such ashame as Ive multiple products from the company over the years and the quality is good, just wish theyd sort out their mistake or give me my money back for the missing item!
