Efficient,friendly, informative and good value for money

I used ti service to set up a will and LPA . Easy to apply online and quick video appointment. The estate consultant Graham Povey was excellent in explaining all available options. the details of the Will can get quite complicated but he he made it easy for us. thanks

Thoyab (THMA), the case manager who worked with me during a Probate, was exceptional in his service. He acted professionally throughout the case, showing compassion and kindness when it was needed. Thoyab was always thorough and efficient and would reply to my emails and queries in quick time and I never had to chase him for a response. He would always make me aware that I could contact him at any time and if I needed him to explain something in more detail he would always be happy to do so.
I can honestly say that it was Thoyab's conduct that made the 16 month process bearable. He is an asset to Co-op Legal Services and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Thoyab

My first time acting as a will executor. Co-Op provided a comprehensive legal support service dealing with probate, sale of a flat, dealing with banks and utility companies etc, along with a load of things that hadn't even crossed my mind. I must mention Elanor Weaver, who was a joy to deal with, providing me with timely information and support whenever needed. Very happy indeed with the service.

Our Estate planning meeting with Sarah Gray was a very organised and friendly one. Our questions were answered and Sarah’s excellent knowledge was clearly delivered, enabling us to understand all of the options available to us.

Darren, made the Start process of making my will completely easy and relaxing, it's a relief when you can connect with someone on a level and there is no hard sell or hidden agendas. This is something that I should have done years ago for my Daughters ease when my time comes and for a very reasonable £149....Between Darren and myself we may have just saved my Daughter Thousands of pounds in Solicitors cost, not to mention the waiting time it could incur if I didn't have a will...don't wait another second, get Darren at Co-op involved in protecting your family and your Estate after death. Totally Recommend!

Our adviser was very patient, he spoke clearly and concisely and was very helpful throughout. it was a pleasant experience talking with him.

Polite, respectful and prompt. It was dealt with very efficiently and was informative.

The Video Interview I had with Mark Goldstein was very productive. He was able to answer almost all my questions. Leading up to the interview, however, there were some flaws in their processing - (1) I was advised that I didn't need a face-to-face, and that a telephone call would suffice, which Mark agreed with me, was wrong and (2) the text they sent me requiring a 'CONFIRM' response simply didn't work. Every time I tried, I got an error message. The first time this happened was on a Friday evening, which meant that with their offices closed over the weekend, I had no chance to confirm by phone before an early morning meeting on the Monday, resulting in the meeting being automatically cancelled. Coop Legal Services need to look into this, as it can really put customers off from proceeding.
