Our adviser was very patient, he spoke clearly and concisely and was very helpful throughout. it was a pleasant experience talking with him.

Polite, respectful and prompt. It was dealt with very efficiently and was informative.

The Video Interview I had with Mark Goldstein was very productive. He was able to answer almost all my questions. Leading up to the interview, however, there were some flaws in their processing - (1) I was advised that I didn't need a face-to-face, and that a telephone call would suffice, which Mark agreed with me, was wrong and (2) the text they sent me requiring a 'CONFIRM' response simply didn't work. Every time I tried, I got an error message. The first time this happened was on a Friday evening, which meant that with their offices closed over the weekend, I had no chance to confirm by phone before an early morning meeting on the Monday, resulting in the meeting being automatically cancelled. Coop Legal Services need to look into this, as it can really put customers off from proceeding.

All very professional under the circumstances we found ourselves.

This is the beginning of our journey with the coop but so far Paul has been able to answer and subjectively deal with any issues

Jonathan the probate contact was extremely helpful and very easy to understand. Even though he advised that we wouldn’t require his service I was impressed by his professional attitude right to the end.

Matthew Calveli was my case handler, he was brilliant from taking over our probate case. He was immediately friendly, responsive, professional & caring. I can't rate the service he gave highly enough, especially due to problems with the sale of the house, I always felt he understood exactly what I was getting at. Matt was such a breath of fresh air to deal with amongst the emotional upheaval of a bereavement & sale of our family home. His tenacity with insurers that declined to acknowledge an insurance policy existed was great. All my dealings with him I felt cared about, he's a real asset to the co-op & their ethos. Orla Kennelly got the probate sorted very efficiently. I had no idea what I was doing, Orla guided me at every step. She responded to my e mails the same day and was so helpful and knowledgeable it made the process very smooth.

Calum was patient, professional and friendly. He explained all of the various scenarios pertaining to drawing up a revised will and LPAs. He did all this in easy-to-understand, layman's terms for my wife and I. Because of Calum's expertise, we left the video-call confident that, with his help and guidance, that our decisions were sound and what we set out what we wanted to achieve. Overall, a greata service provided.

Sandy is professional and provided us with options and solutions. He was engaging and flexible with his appointment times and we really appreciated that.

My experience with Co-operative Legal Services was an extremely positive one.
I was nervous of the responsibility of handling the affairs of my late friend; however once 'Carl/CTSO' was appointed as my Case Manager I felt very reassured. Carl kept me informed at every stage of the proceedings. Every question or concern I raised was responded to speedily and courteously and always with patience . This same courtesywas extended too to the other beneficiaries.When unexpected delays came along I knew I could contact him at any time and be certain of help. I am very grateful to him for the way he has completed this whole business for me.

I found the whole will process very understandable, helped in the main with my contact Nigel Prior. He put me at ease quickly and I found the face to face video very helpful.

It was straightforward enough to arrange a video call for the initial discussion, and i appreciated the face to face interaction. The representative i spoke to was friendly and positive, however i felt she lacked the legal knowledge to be able to have a fully informed discussion about my requirements. If your Will is not straightforward, i feel that a direct conversation with a solicitor would be more productive. This is where legally unqualified Will Writers generally, from whatever company, have limited value, where a more complex Will is required; they are basically information gatherers. I am still waiting for the promised follow up to my queries from the representative's planned consultation with Co op legal services solicitor.

It was very easy to arrange an appointment. Tom Williams was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also has a very good sense of humour which reduced the stress of the situation.
