Bought this phone for a family vacation in Europe and it came as quickly as they promised.

Once we landed in Paris and I turned it on, it immediately started working.

Had a credit card issue and they worked with me to get it resolved quickly while on vacation so that I did not lose service. They even emailed me to let me know that the credit card issue had been fixed so I didn't have to wonder if I was going to still have a working phone or not.

I will definitely recommend Eurobuzz to friends and family.

I haven't used my phone yet but I was able to figure out how to use it by the lady that answered the customer service line. She walked me through how to unlock the phone and how to dial. I think it will be very useful.

EuroBuzz is the only phone you need to travel anywhere in Europe. It ships quickly, is easy to set up, has extremely reasonable call and text rates, allows for voice mail and messages amd bills conveniently to your credit card. What DON'T you get? Monthly fees, start up charges, maintenance agreeements, lengthy contracts... You pay only for the calls you make and receive -- that's it! And the per minute charge is less than ANY I researched -- even my I Phone with roaming fee/travel set up in advance options. The Eurobuzz? Don't leave the states without it!

We're going to Europe next month, and after doing some research online, decided to go with Eurobuzz. It was easy to order, and I immediately received a very friendly confirmation and tracking number. The phone showed up via Fedex 2 days later (really the next day since I had I ordered it in the evening) along with a charger, free set of travel adaptors as promised, and very clear, explicit directions on how to use it. The phone is very small, light and portable, So far, everything has been perfect!

My wife and kids are going to Paris to visit our relative and this is the best phone you can have. You received the phone with assign number before you go there. As soon as my wife landed in Paris CDG, she was able to call me. The line is very clear. The battery last longer.

we are leaving soon, so I have not tried the phone in Europe yet, but it arrived very quickly once a credit card processing issue was cleared up with a phone call to customer service. the phone appears to have been at least opened if not used previously, so I am a bit concerned that it will not perform well, and the manufacture date on the phone is over 2 years old, but we are excited to be able to have it with us in case of emergency. so my fingers are crossed. so far so good.

The phone itself was light, simple, and intuitive. The charges (which can be seen on the online account) were accurate and just as promised. No hidden fees - just the cost per minute of use. The phone worked immediately upon being turned on. I will recommend Eurobuzz to anyone going to Europe. Received my phone today for use in Europe. Inexpensive way to stay in touch. I recommend if you travel to Europe.

I ordered 2 phones for our upcoming trip to Italy after researching several different phone options. I had rented a cell phone before for my son's trip to Japan. It was expensive and harder to navigate. Owning these phones will be terrific and makes life much easier. I have given the phones numbers to my family and they all appreciated that they can store these numbers for use now and in the future.
I received the phones very quickly, actually much faster than expected. They are very easy to setup and become familiar. They are also very small and lightweight and will be perfect for traveling. I love that they have provided 2 24-hour customer support numbers. Makes me feel well taken care of.

I just received my eurobuzz phone only 3 days after ordering and I feel set to travel. It has already been more user friendly than my local carrier in giving me what I want for international travel. I wish that I could set the phone up and learn how to use it in the States before I leave, but am set with the UK help numbers if I need them. Ready to go!

My parents US Cellular phone will not work in Europe so they discovered Eurobuzz (as an alternative to renting a phone) for their upcoming trip. Now I will be able to keep in touch with my mom during the entire trip and not have to rely only on Skype! The cost per call is very reasonable.
