I just received my Eurobuzz phone and the service so far has been excellent. From the moment I bought it online to the point of receipt, every step has been quick and painless. Directions for use are easy to understand. I can't wait to start using my phone next week. So far I'm very happy with the choice I've made.

I just got my phone, and tested it out in Paris. It was so easy to set up. The coverage and quality so far is excellent. I love that this is my phone, and I only pay for what I use. There are no contracts and rental fees, and I will have the same number for as long as I want. It is cheaper than my US service provider's international roaming charges. I love it!

I just purchased my phones and getting ready to use them in Italy. What a great way to connect with tour guides and other members of the family on the trip!!!

We decided to get a EUROBUZZ phone just a week before we left for Spain. Called them and placed the order on Thursday and the phone was FEDEXed and we got it on Monday! The phone itself is a standard feature phone with the SIM card already installed. Haven't been able to use it in the US but did set the date and the time to Madrid time. All the buttons and menus work fine. Great service

Easy to understand website. Service will cover my future needs. Easy to understand fees. Simple billing process. Order process was very easy. Very quick delivery using standard option.

The price for the phones is excellent. Two phones for $39. The assortment of power plugs is a bonus. SIM cards came pre-installed. USA and Euro phone numbers for each phone. Navigating the various menu items for date and time entries was easy and self-intuitive. I'm quite pleased with my EuroBuzz purchase.

Found Eurobuzz from the Modal rep and ordered the service at $29 (sim card plus phone.) Didn't realise the phone would only work in Europe and not in US even though I will have a US and UK numbers (2 on one sim card.)

The rate of 79cents per minute in Europe is good. I am willing to pay more to be able to use the phone here in the states especially at the airport.

Also, I want to try the phone here to make sure everything works. Will update after I get the better phone. The help center was good.

I learned of Eurobuzz phones via web searches. I explored multiple options for phone coverage while traveling in Europe. This was by far the best price and easiest to accomplish. I read most of the reviews and everyone gives high praise to Eurobuzz. The service coverage area is also reported as better than most other phone companies.
We will be traveling soon and report on the access to phone coverage.

I haven't activated my phone yet since my trip to Italy isn't until June. After reading several positive reviews about Euro Buzz, I decided to give it a try. My phone just came today. It only took a week to be delivered to my house. All of the promised contents were in the package. The phone is nice, it is small and compact yet easy to see and use the key pad. The electrical adapter kit which comes with it is compact also and comes in a hard plastic box which will be easy to pack. I had a few questions so I called customer service. A real person answered the phone and was very courteous and helpful. My last trip to Italy I activated my personal phone with a start up fee of $30. and $1.75 per minute. The Euro Buzz phone will be cheaper per minute. I am very pleased so far.

I just bought 2 of these phones at an incredible price. They will be SO helpful as I travel throughout Europe with my daughter and grandgirls. When I called to ask a few questions I got a real person who was not only very well-informed, but friendly and funny as well. So far....best deal ever!

Just received the phones today and very impressed with Eurobuzz service. Because of the weather they couldn't ship on time from NY, so they shipped from UK. They called me and explained that the phones will arrive on Monday instead of Friday and the shipping charge ($30) was waived. Very nice. The representatives are very attentive and answered all my questions about the adapter and other details.
I hope everything will continue working just as well when we get to Europe.

Wow! I'm a bit of a skeptic and figured there must be a catch with EuroBuzz. It just sounded 'too good to be true'. Now I'm a believer. Even with standard shipping my phone arrived quickly and ready for service. I called ahead to a friend in Belgium who works for an American mobile phone company and he couldn't beat the EuroBuzz deal per minute charges. I'm relieved to know I'll be connected as much as I care to be on my European vacation without worrying clients can reach me if necessary.

The phone worked well for the most part. We had an issue when our flight was changed and we went to Amsterdam. The phone worked fine until we landed in our final destination Milan. We did not know need to do something for the phone to work in Italy. We're going to give it another try and see if it was just a one time occurrence.

If you're like me, when traveling abroad you only need a phone for sporadic calls back home or to call ahead for accommodations, using texting to contact those in your travel party. The EuroBuzz phone package consists of a small basic phone (Samsung in my case), a Euro-plug charger, a set of plug adapters, and a SIM card. The company is a subsidiary of Mobal, based in the UK, which is why the phone's number for the SIM card has a +44 prefix. Delivery was in less than a week. To set up the phone, all I had to do was install the battery and SIM card, and put in a few contacts I knew I would need (press and hold 0 to get the "+" international access prefix). The phone doesn't work stateside, so I took it on faith it would be operational in Europe.

After boarding my flight, I swapped my US phone for my EuroBuzz phone. On landing in Brussels, I turned it on and was greeted by a welcome text, letting me know it was working. Across 6 European countries I used it (sparingly) for text and phone calls, with never a hiccup ... fantastically simple. Moreover, I had full signal strength almost everywhere I bothered to check, something I couldn't say for internet access when using my tablet during my travels.

On my return I simply turned the phone off and stashed it, since there are no accruing charges once the phone is off. I was also pleasantly surprised by how little my phone usage ended up costing during my sojourn. You can painlessly check usage via your account on the EuroBuzz website, which is charged to your credit card of record for any month you use the phone.

I've played the SIM card game and this is so, so much easier. While $0.79 per minute/text isn't exactly cheap, compared to add on international plans for US phones it is. If you are going through multiple countries, the SIM card game would get expensive in a hurry, with a lot of unused minutes and the hassle of acquiring them. With this phone you only pay for the minutes you use, with no hidden fees, roaming charges, and the like, anywhere in Europe. My one service experience with the company (while still stateside) was extremely positive.

This is definitely a 5-star phone option if your usage while traveling parallels mine.
