Following research on a variety of options, we settled on Eurobuzz. The sign-up process was simple and straightforward. Communication has been clear and prompt. Phone and accessories arrived quickly and in good condition. We look forward to using in Europe this summer.

We have not used the phone yet in Europe -- but so far, so good. We have gotten great service, prompt delivery, and very clear directions with the phone.

Phones arrived within a few days of placing my order. Provided a sense of security for my first international travel experience.

I purchased via phone for the two for $39 on Monday. John was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I got an email with all of the information for my new account and a password that I could customize after signing on.

I also got an email with the tracking number so I could track the delivery of the phones.

The phones were delivered by FEDEX on Thursday. Great turn around (Monday to Thursday and shipped from England to boot).

The phones are small and easy to handle. The instructions are excellent and the phone menu is also easy to follow.

Great instructions from Eurobuzz on how to make calls and all of the pertinent data about the phones, the numbers to use and how to use them.

The adapters are easy to follow and to decide which to use.

My wife and I used a Eurobuzz phone when we visited Italy a couple of years ago. It worked great and since we are heading back to Europe in a couple of weeks decided to use them again. It is easy to use and they provide you with the phone and a US phone number and a European phone number. Highly recommended!

You don't need a fancy phone when you're using it just for emergencies abroad! This little phone is efficient but not smart enough to fight for my attention like my iphone. This is exactly what I want and need while visiting Italy, where there is plenty to look at in real life. Shipping and ordering was way easy and faster than I anticipated. I called customer service and it was a pleasure speaking with the agent. My questions were answered and we chatted a little about traveling. Hearing his recommendations was enjoyable and appreciated!
