We bought two of these phones for our upcoming trip to Europe knowing we would be separated at times and would need to be in contact with each other. I love the US number that came with it, too, so our kids can call us while we are away. We are heading across the pond in just a couple of days and can't wait! These phones will come in handy! Thanks Eurobuzz for a great way to communicate while we are away!

I purchased two phones in order to keep in contact with the family. its so easy to get separated, now we just call one another as we often do in the states. also we will travel in two vehicles great way to stay contacted

Make sure you are at home to receive the delivery - I had some problems because I wasn't there and I didn't know they had tried to deliver. When I called support I was told that they had tried to deliver the phones about 3 days after I ordered - and after 3 attempts the phones get sent back to origin (the UK in this case). I managed to intercept them at the Fed-ex office, so it all worked out. However, customer service was very good, and they said they would send new phones to arrive before out trip if the originals had already been sent back to the UK. The phones themselves are easy to use, and ideal for just keeping in touch when you are away. Having a US number is good too, so people calling you from there don't have to pay huge costs to speak to you. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is traveling to Europe and doesn't have an overseas-friendly phone, or who doesn't want to worry about what they are being charged to call on their usual plan.

The phones were easy to set up, and the calls we made were clear as can be. The rate per minute was one of the least expensive we found, and we had two phones for the price of one!

We are visiting our relatives in England, Italy (South and North) and Germany. I was looking for a phone where I can easily call individual relatives when I arrive in each of these European countries as well as call home in the US.
My friend Dave recommended that I look into the eurobuzz phone. He told me he purchased a eurobuzz phone some time ago when he started traveling outside the US.
I feel much safer now knowing that I have a phone that I can easily contact my relatives in Europe and call home when I need to.

Terrific phone for use abroad. Flat rate makes life easy when traveling to more than one European country. Blackberry charges with Verizon would have been out of control. Great option. Terrific connection,

I'm traveling to France with my 92 year old father and siblings for D-Day Events in Normandy. I looked into my AT&T iPhone plan and read online opinions. If you don't have your settings in airplane mode, and set just right, people were getting $500-$900 surprise bills when they got home. I wanted a phone to call home to my husband, and for any emergencies we might encounter. Finding the Eurobuzz phone with all the adapters and flat rate-pay as you go was exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to try it out tomorrow when we arrive in Paris.

After researching different options for cell phone usage in Europe, we decided on Eurobuzz because of the simplicity of having one SIM card that works in all of the countries we will be visiting. In the past, we have purchased different SIM cards in each country and it's a hassle and takes time out of valued vacation time. This seems like the perfect solution. We have not used the phone yet, as we haven't left for our trip, but from other reviews, we don't anticipate any problems once we get to Europe. We find having both a US and UK number to be helpful as well.

Ordered a Eurobuzz phone and had it in hand less than 48 hours later !

Ordering the phone was easy and I received it in the estimated time frame. I followed the simple instructions was able to set up the phone without any problems. I haven't used the phone as we haven't left for Europe yet but will give update when we return. Overall so far it has been a pleasant experience.

Very pleased with the fast service and the low cost of the equipment. It was a nice feature to be able to buy two phones for such a low price.

Our phone was scheduled to arrive tomorrow but was here a day early. Everything was as promised and in good shape. We appreciate the fast delivery and easy ordering process. Phone is charging now and I plan to give it a test as soon as we arrive in London next week.

The phones arrived quickly with clear instructions. The simplicity of the per-minute rate is great, and I love the convenience of having a European and American number. I highly recommend this option.

The contract and purchase were smooth as butter--had the phone in hand almost overnight--4 days really. Set-up is straight forward and the little pocket instruction book clear and easy to use--we keep it with us!

Calls made locally in England are simple once the thing locates coverage--city center in Manchester was less than instantaneous, but there quickly enough via T-mobile.

Only issue so far has been somewhat spotty txt messaging which I would expect to be nearly instant given the very little band-width required, but there have been pretty long delays in several back-and-forths, that eventually made me just call direct--maybe the desired effect given the costs involved.

Overall we've been pleased with the service and it's cost and would definitely use them again.

After 10 days of no ability to receive or place calls in Florence, I finally got an answering machine at customer service at the European number. Not particularly helpful.

Was able to make a call from Berlin. Waste of money to buy phone for two weeks available service.

Generally excellent. However, there was 1 European phone from which it was not possible to call my Eurobuzz phone. For outgoing calls to UK numbers, many times the calls didn't go through. Calls to and from US were always fine.

After extended research on the best options for affordable and easy to understand cell phone use during a European vacation, I chose Eurobuzz. I ordered 2 phones and a sim card for an iPhone. They came within days of my order. We will be using them in Europe this June - August. So far so good!

So far, the EuroBuzz phone (and their alternate, Mobal WORLD Phone) appear to be as simple as they claim. Buy the phone, charge it, use it. Customer service and tech support (they have a New York phone number that connects to their HQ in England) are OUTSTANDING -- they really busted their chops to make sure I received my phone in time for my last-minute trip to Spain, even when it appeared that the day before my departure was not a delivery day for FedEx. Phone performance -- access, and quality-of-call-- were excellent, both to US and within Europe. Per minute rates are a bit high, but you can't beat the convenience of a real phone that works, along with low purchase price and no additional commitments. Thumbs-up! as they say.

From the time that I ordered my phone until I received it, it only took 4 days. Easy setup using the written instructions. Contacted the "Help" desk on a question and received immediate response to my question.

Wonderful transaction and service, and the phone was a nice touch too....
