WOW - I ordered 2 Phones on Sunday Night, ( US West Coast ), and received them at about Noon on Tuesday. Will not use the Phones until we get to Europe, but everything seems to be as advertised. Very Convenient and Easy !

Euro buzz was recommended to me by a friend for use in the EU. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. It has certainly been easy to get the phones a get set up. I'm in the EU, today and the phone is working just fine. Can't beat the price for cellphone connectivity

I began by ordering the free online guide to choosing an international cellular service. After reading that as well as several customer reviews, it was clear that Eurobuzz was the way to go. I had a couple of issues with my order and contacted the customer service team. Their response was fast, friendly and effective! We're looking forward to our upcoming European vacation knowing we will be able to remain in phone contact with family and friends back at home!

We were told the phone would work all over Europe. It would not work in the Netherlands or Belgium. We tried to call the Help line, but could not get it to work. Very Disappointed!!!!

The phone is compact and easy to set-up and use. We just wanted an inexpensive way to stay in-touch with family while in Europe and for safety reasons. This phone does the trick.

The initial contact, ordering and delivery of the phone was impressive. Clear directions on usage and helpful start up service. I did have some problems making calls out - dropped the calls before completing them. And I tried to delete messages but kept running into them again when I went for messages - possibly was my fault.

Your overseas phone was recommended to me by, of all things, an employee of Verizon. I had stopped at the local Verizon store to find the best and most inexpensive way to have contact with family back home while in Austria and the Czech Republic, when the lady who guides the flow of the customers said, "I know a better way to do this than Verizon; and it costs less, too."

So, I followed her advice, visited your website and ordered a phone that will work in Europe. When I received the notification that it had shipped on Monday, 12 May, I was afraid it would arrive too late for my trip, because of our Thursday, 15 May, departure. Lo and behold, it arrived the VERY NEXT DAY.

My wife and I went to Europe a couple of years ago with one EuroBuzz phone. We were very pleased with the company. This year in Europe we'll be together for a while but also going our separate ways for a while. Hence our need for a second EuroBuzz phone, which we received yesterday, three days after we ordered it! Convenient that the SIM card had already been installed. Also about two weeks ago I had a question about re-activation of our existing phone. I emailed EuroBuzz and received an answer back by email within two hours. All-in-all: excellent service by a very customer-friendly company!!

After searching the web for solutions to cell phone while in Europe we decided on EuroBuzz because of the single rate for everything. We received the standard phone (SIM card already installed) plus a second SIM card for a different unlocked phone. Everything seems to work fine. Email response to questions was within 12 hours which is more than acceptable. We expect everything to work well when we get there next month. Couldn't be happier.

I received the phones promptly without having to pay for expedited shipping. The SIM card was already in the phone and since it came with the free adapter set I was able to charge the phone up immediately. I also took advantage of their order for two phones for the price of one which also included a 2nd adapter kit. I couldn't be more pleased with the product.
Phone is perfect size to put in your pocket since we will be doing alot of individual sight-seeing and touring.

My order for two phones came promptly via FedEx. I had a question and was able to connect with a live customer support representative very quickly. They even install the SIM card before the phone is shipped !

I am using EuroBuzz for a student program and am happy with its affordibiltiy, responsiveness and ease of use. The mulit chargers are great so that i can use them in different countries in the future.

Given the troubles that I have had setting my iPhone up with inexpensive plans when I travel abroad ... only to have either huge bills when I return or a paper weight instead of a phone while outside of the US, I was both surprised and delighted by the ease of use and appropriate billing with Eurobuzz! I will definitely continue to travel with my Eurobuzz plan / phone, and recommend it highly! :)

WE WERE FIRST ATTRACTED TO EUROBUZZ BY ITS VERY COMPETITIVE PHONE PURCHACE PRICE AND SUBSEQUENT USUAGE CHARGES. AFTER RECEIVING TWO PHONES IN JUST THREE DAYS VIA FEDEX (FOR MINIMUM FEE), THEIR UNPACKING, CHARGING AND OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS WERE ACCOMPLISHED EASILY. WE WILL BE USING THEM ON OUR THREE WEEK TRIP TO ITALY BEGINING NEXT WEEK AND THEREAFTER PLAN TO USE THEM ON OUR BIANNUAL OVERSEAS TRIPS POSSIBLY TO THE FAR EAST, AUSTRALIA, iSRAEL, AND EUROPE.

Absolutely love Eurobuzz! It has been an inexpensive way to stay in touch with my family in the US and a simple way to communicate with international friends as I travel all over Europe. Definitely recommend Eurobuzz for any traveler!!!

We ordered 2 EuroBuzz phones for our 2 daughters who were both traveling to Europe. The sales representative was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The phones came quickly as promised, and they even cut us a break for having the phones shipped to 2 different addresses.
