I was going to spain and my Verizon prepaid cell plan would not work there. So I must say,Verizon advised me to get one of the plans for the EU at a good rate. Nice them them too, I t hink. Anyway, I happened upon Eurobuzz and was I pleased!!!!!! What an easy way to resolve your cell issues in the Eu. One price $29 and a very very set rate for calls and texts and with that, I get a permanent EU number I can use anytime! Great!

My husband and I are taking our first trip to Europe next month and discovered our phones - iPhone 4, will not work. We are want phones for emergency calls and a couple of contacts with elderly parents in US. These should be perfect. The phones are small and simple. I love that it is a one time purchase, no contract pay-as-you-use plan. Our phones arrived quickly. I have had one contact with the company and was impressed by the efficient, supportive response.

I am going to Europe this month and my travel companion insisted I get one. Apparently if your smart phone DOES work in Europe, you can get all kinds of data fees when you just turn the phone on! Eurobuzz is an older style phone, but it's all I need when I just want a way for family to contact me in emergencies. (Or to call my friend to come save me when lost in Paris!). I like the part that you buy one phone and only pay for when you talk or text. And incoming texts are free, which is really nice!

I am excited to try the phone on a 2-week European trip where we will visit several countries. The phone arrived quickly and looks like it will be easy to use.

Was heading out on overseas trip, and called to confirm that eurobuzz had my latest credit card number. Found out that my phone number had been "lost" ( I had not been overseas in almost 2 years, so had not used it), however they promised to ship me a new phone in time for my trip. Phone shipped overnight, received in time for the trip. voila! Thank you for excellent service and prompt attention to this issue.

My wife and are seniors and were trying to set the new phone which is light and easy to handle with nice size keys. We had a question and called the service number provided. They responded quickly with a helpful rep who answered our question and added a few extra tips. My wife and I were impressed. We recommend this phone .

We just received our two EuroBuzz phones for an upcoming visit to Spain. The package included the phones, chargers, charging adapters, sim cards, and instructions just as we expected. We selected EuroBuzz because of the simplicity, cost, and ability to reuse these phones whenever we visit Europe or the United Kingdom in the future. We also appreciate that each phone comes with a USA phone number for our friends back home as well as a European number for those we meet abroad. Overall, this was a great value and we feel much more secure having these phones with us. Thank you EuroBuzz!

Will be going to Italy in 2 weeks. I wanted a phone for security purposes. this service has been very efficient; the phone was delivered very fast with complete instructions. This seem to be the most affordable option for me.

I received my order the next day -- all the way from England! Impressive. So, too, is the package. I could have used my smartphones, but after a previous bad experience with a foreign SIM, and some concern that it would be too easy to lose my expensive smartphone in Europe, I found this a cheap solution. And so easy -- they include everything you need, install the European SIM themselves, and give you very detailed info, plus both a European and American phone number. Excellent deal!

Although my GSM phone works (roams) in Europe and the UK, I plan to meet friends and conduct business overseas. For a few dollars I can offer the people I am dealing with a number that is local to them, instead of requesting that they call my USA number to talk to me.

I ordered the phone for my grandparents to use while in Europe and feel confident knowing they can call in case of an emergency. The phone was delivered early and includes a helpful sheet of instructions that tell how to use the phone and how to dial. I am so happy with this product and the peace of mind I can have!

This could not have been an easier online ordering experience. I did have one question about roaming charges, and called the help line. I actually talked to a REAL person! Who was friendly and very helpful. My phone was delivered a day early, and you can't beat that for promptness. So, far I am extremely impressed with the service of this provided. I'll be using my phone next week in Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris and will review again upon my return. So far, so good!

I found that EuroBuzz was a good choice because they were doing all the work--I didn't have to figure out how to unlock my phone, negotiate with Apple about it, etc. Just pay $29 and get a ready to work phone for my limited needs while in the UK. For those of us young enough to think we need to travel with a phone and simultaneously old enough that techie stuff doesn't come automatically, this is a great service.

Just got the phone all looks well when I have a chance to use it I will know better but so far very satisfied.

Fortunately I did not have to use the phone outside of practicing with a few short calls to make sure it worked. I got it to use for emergencies and I was so glad I could get it for such a good price. I was also very impressed with the customer service I called to confirm it was setup properly. They were very friendly and efficient.

I found the phone on the internet, thought that if it was a flop then I could toss it and look elsewhere. Was delivered within three days, easy to set up and can hardly wait to get to Europe and start using it.
