I did quite a bit of research to find a phone for when I travel to Europe. I read alot of reviews and Eurobuzz was the easiest to understand, They explained everything in detail. Very prompt service

We ordered the service for my wife's upcoming trip to Europe. Sign up was a snap and the phone actually arrived a day early. So far, so good. If the connections and service she receives are like the sign up process we will be very happy.

We are excited to take a trip to Italy and the Netherlands and this phone is pretty much what we need to do some local connections; and in anemergency, contact our family in the US. We checked on our carrier and it just seemed to complicated to get set up with ATT and the cost would have been more.

I found the Eurobuzz phone on the internet. After comparing several different pre-paid cell phone options I chose Eurobuzz because it was easy, inexpensive (relative to other cell phone options), quick and works in virtually all countries around the globe. My phone arrived two days after ordering. I also liked the USA/European phone number option - it makes it easier and cheaper for my friends to call me whether they're in Europe or the USA. All in all, I would say that it's a great company providing a great service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Eurobuzz to anyone who is planning on traveling and needs/wants a pre-paid cell phone. Plus it never expires!

We always had a problem communicating between Poland and The United States economically, but with Eurobuzz, it is now easy, affordable, and convenient. We bought 2 phones with power adapters for different voltages for like $40.00, you can't go wrong. Remember, when traveling abroad, communication is the key for love, friendship and safety. Eurobuzz has taken care of that for us.

...and EuroBuzz was the easiest to understand, to order, and to use. Rates are simple and competitive. Phones are surprisingly good quality and small. Ringers are loud. Phones received quickly and travel power adapters are great. The charger that came with the phone is built for European use, but you can charge it in the U.S. using one of the adapters in the free kit. After our current trip, we intend to keep the pair of phones we ordered for future travels. Thanks!

We ordered 2 phones for an upcoming trip to Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Malta. They arrived promptly, as promised; and the ease of use, along with the relatively low cost, will ensure that we are well covered. Kudos for a much needed service.

So far so good. Am leaving this week for Europe where I'll actually get to use it. So far - directions with phone were understandable - even to me. Quick response when I needed to e-mail for help with password. Have been to Europe a number of times but this is the first time I'll be connected!

Neither my current mobile phone nor my wife's will work in Paris, so rather than having them both unlocked and buying new sim cards for them, I ordered two cell phones from Eurobuzz. They arrived very quickly with a handful plug adapters for the various European countries. When I had a few questions about how to use the phones, my e mails to customer service were answered in a matter of hours.

I first checked with Verizon to see how much it would cost to use my cellphone during a one-week stay in the UK. They have no network there, and could only hook me up with a an English network various high charges for different services. I then found Eurobuzz online, advertising sale of low-cost phones I could keep forever, with a uniform charge of $.79 per minute for any kind of call from anywhere in Europe, to any destination in Europe or back home in the US. My order was here in a couple of days, and came with instructionsand a charger with attachments for all European outlets. The battery was already charged, and setup was easy. I'm looking forward to using it on my upcoming trip to England, and a later trip this year to Italy.

Haven't used the phone yet, but the process so far has been really easy. Super fast delivery. There was a mistake in the order (doubled our purchase) and Patrick was extremely helpful and easily helped us correct the problem. Phones are small and quite easy to set up. So far, really happy. If the phones work well - then this is a very smart purchase.

Just received my phone--earlier than promised! Order process was very easy. Received confirmations from both Eurobuzz and the carrier that delivered it. Phone was delivered as promised with all parts and very clear/easy instructions. Have not used it overseas just yet, but will post an additional review once I have. Bonus travel adaptors are a great plus as well.
