This should be a real asset for anyone traveling to Europe while needing to keep in touch with specific people in the US. So far, the set-up has been better than expectations...the phone arrived a day before promised and the SIM card was already installed in the phone. The handset was compact, for ease of mobility. The multi-voltage charger and adapters make it simple to use in any country.

I love this phone. I can use it anywhere in Europe to confirm reservations. Also, my family and friends can use the US number to call me if they need to. This time, I will probably use it to call my grandchildren for their birthdays in addition to the above.

I saw an ad for Eurobuzz online while searching for a way to use my phone in Europe. The cost vs. buying a plan was a great deal. Ordered the phone over the weekend and it was here on Tuesday with SIMM installed and ready to go. If the rest of the service is this good, it will make for a great trip.

I heard about this from a friend, I took advantage of the 2 phone offer. I am pleased with the order, delivery and setup process and the quality and type of phone. I would like the ability to have 2 separate online accounts for the 2 phones since my sister will be using/paying for the calls on one of them. Will try to remember to review after using in Italy!

Ordering was fast and easy. Placed order on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday. SIM was already installed. Inserted battery and charges the phone. Will find out how it works and the quality of the service once I get to Europe.

Turned the phone on after arriving in Amsterdam. It did not acquire a network. Contacted customer support via email. Received a response approximately four hours later. Followed suggested fix (remove SIM card and let it rest), did not correct the problem. Checked it later in the day and it was working. Kudos to the support team for sticking with it until the problem was resolved.

In each country visited (Netherlands, Germany, France, and Switzerland), phone acquired network and had good signal strength. Did not make many calls, but the phone served it's purpose as a link to folks back in the States and making connections in Europe.

I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Europe as an affordable way to remain available to people at home.

Phone arrived FAST! Cost and shipping very reasonable. Phone is a very simple model, but it's exactly what I need for my trip. Best feature is the USA number so my friends/loved ones don't have to call international to get me.
Can't say much more now, as I haven't used the phone yet, but since it's an easy, quality product I see no problems.

The phone arrived quickly and I appreciated that EuroBuzz sent me the tracking number. I wanted to see if the phone would work so I saw that statement on the User Guide that said " to call our EuroBuzz office in the UK from anywhere in the world dial..." so I called from the US to see if the phone would work. It didn't. I left a voicemail and sent an email. After not hearing anything for two days I called again. I received a call back within 2 hours and the lady explained that the statement should include the words "except in the US and Canada". She confirmed that the phone line was open and would work in Europe.

Very fast shipping. Very pleased with the price. Was going to buy a prepaid phone When we arrived at the airport but instead came across eurobuzz. Love that it comes with United States phone number and Europe number. Very light weight.

Everything has been great - so far. We leave in 4 days so I will not know how well the coverage is until we get there. Ordering and delivery were straight forward with no problems. The phone arrived promptly from UK with the sim already installed and the battery was charged. A pleasant surprise! I sent an email to support earlier this week and received a prompt reply to my question.

I received this phone call within four days of ordering. They were quick to help me during setup both with voice and e-mail. Very prompt responses. Fix did not work but they promptly refunded my payment without objection.
Unusual in this day and age. Give them a try.

I am so excited about my phone for Europe, it is very affordable and it works in all European countries. The price is right, the per minute charge is the best of all I have seen. Years ago I had the parent company mobal phone and was very happy with it.
the eurobuzz phone was easy to put together and charge here in the U.S. with my adapter. Thank goodness for a phone like this to use at a wonderful price.

I ordered two phones for an upcoming trip to Ireland. The phones arrived in just a couple of days from Great Britain. I was able get them up and running with the help of the included electric plug adapter kit. I think they'll work out great for my trip to Ireland and another trip I have planned for later this year on the Danube River.

Extremely fast shipping, easy to understand instructions, and after charging the phone it is working like it should be (haven't tried it in Europe yet, though).

We found Eurobuzz through a google search. We were looking for an alternative phone service for our trip to Germany. We found everyone to be helpful, patient, and cooperative. We received our phones promptly. We had a technical issue with one of the phones and Eurobuzz sent us another phone in less than 24 hours!! Fantastic!

The website is very straightforward and I was very surprised at how quickly the phones arrived. Loved, the two for one offer! The instructions that came with the phone are very clear. Looking forward to using the phone in Europe this fall.
