Excellent Customer service
Lauren has been excellent, she helped arrange broadband for the church and also helped with documents needed like asbestos report. She was able to offer a really good rate and reassured me of no price increases for the length of the contract. I have had excellent experiences with a number of Everflow staff and they all offer great customer service and always looking to go the extra mile.

Nice people
After speaking to a nice lady called Olive yesterday about our latest invoice, she asked if i could send a meter reading today. I rang today and spoke with a guy called Andy about the meter reading i gave him . He confirmed that the credit stated was correct and we would receive the amount back. It was nice to speak with two people who made me feel that they cared about the customer and did not rush to get rid of me. Many thanks from the secretary of Cramlington club.

Extremely high estimated billling.
Had a phone call yesterday asking me to pay an estimated bill of nearly £800 and was asked for my card details?? I explained that the invoice was an estimate and I had given the meter reading on line each month for the last 3 months. I was told by Dawn that they were having software problems and asked me for the meter reading of which I gave but was then informed I still have to pay the estimated bill?? I refused and was told she would put me through to accounts of which I agreed and was then cut off. Unsure if this is a scam as if this is genuine these estimated extortionate high billing is very unfair!

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Customer Service
Really disappointed with Everflow Utilities. I’ve contacted them three days in a row trying to cancel my waste bin contract, and every single time I’m told someone will contact me back and get it sorted. Nobody does.
Despite making it clear that I wanted to cancel, the bin has now been delivered anyway. I’ve repeatedly asked for a clear answer on what the termination fee is and how I can cancel, but nobody seems willing or able to give me one.
It feels like once they have you in a contract, they make the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and just push ahead with the service regardless.
I understand there may be contractual termination charges — that isn’t the issue. The issue is three days of chasing, no clear information, no promised callbacks, and a bin being delivered while I’m actively trying to cancel.
Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

Recently changed our Broadband & Telephone supplier to Everflow.
We experienced a few teething problems with the changover but these were all sorted by Steve. He talked me through the process expertly. It's great to speak to someone who is easily understood. 5Star service. Many thanks Steve.
