Saw a great deal on a mower and strimmer. Sadly was too good to be true. After missing the delivery deadline I followed to be told there were supplier delays because of unexpected demands. On numerous occasions new deadlines were promised and missed. They did offer a refund after a month's delay, at this point but I waited a little longer. When I did request a refund it never came, emails were not answered and after 4 weeks had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Finally received the disputed funds today after 3 months since making the original purchase.

I ordered a power washer in June for father days gift. It never arrived!! Every week I was being emailed with supplier issues and lies about the item already being on its way. I cancelled order the end of June and still haven't received the refund. I have chased via email multiple times, but now have the hassle of claiming refund from credit card. Wasn't worth the potential 10 pounds savings. I was trying to help out a small business, but ended up ordering from Amazon, who delivered the next day.

Don’t be fooled by the extremely polite emails on purchase and pre delivery.
My lawnmower never arrived, despite apologies for the delay, deferral tactics no doubt. Offered a refund which I agreed to, surprise surprise , that never came either. Thankfully I used my credit card to purchase this and the bank are claiming back the funds after refunding me.
Beyond belief a Ltd company can promote the business with no intention of supplying the goods taking your money to support their ongoing trading!!

Do not trust this company. Brought a lawn mower and strimmer set off them which was never delivered. Ended up asking for a refund to which the company agreed to and then stop responding to my emails. Refund was never given and had to go through my credit card company to get my money back

Like others. Paid my money for Dewalt drill. Didn't receive. My emails went without reply. Their customer service telephone number failed to connect. Got refund from my credit card company without any trouble so suspect they are aware of this scam company. Don't go near them

As other people have said they are scammers. They take your money but you don't receive the goods. They don't reply to emails and telephone number. My bank refunded the money...EVOLTRO just ignored me. STAY CLEAR

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering a lawnmower. They were slighly cheaper at that time. To cut a very long story short the lawnmower did not arrive on the stated delivery date and despite numerous phone calls and e mails over the next two months no lawnmower. They gave excuses about couriers not able to deliver, waiting on stock and even told me at one point it was on its way to me. It never arrived. I was promised a total refund and that never arrived either. This company is defrauding the public. I reported it to my bank and they are investigating them.

Do not use. No purchase delivered, chased but no contact. Had to get Barclaycard involved who returned my money.

As so many others have said, this company seems to be a total fraud. They took money for my purchase (a lawnmower) the very next day after I placed the order, but then there followed a number of apologetic emails concerning delays in delivery. As soon as I began to question them and insist on either a date for delivery or a refund, the emails stopped, and even their chatbox facility stopped replying. I was as reasonable as I could be, telling them I would not post a negative review if they settled this, but still no reply was forthcoming. The telephone went off line too. This was now several weeks ago. It seems the company has 'stopped trading', but I actually feel very doubtful that it ever started trading. Their website is still up, though hopefully no one can now order from it. I contacted my bank (Barclays) who seemed very helpful, and they are investigating.

This is a scam site. Do not use.
They advertise great deals, take your money, acknowledge the order and that’s the last your will hear.

Repeated attempts to engage with no replies. Have engaged my bank to report and will report to trading standards.

Got similar experience to others...ordered a product in May and received nothing over a month. Being cheated by their "Apology" mail again and again.
They promised to refund in June and then no more update afterwards. Reported to bank and start the chargeback process

This company is bogus and a SCAM. They take payment and promise delivery within 5-8 days. The item will not arrive. If you've paid the there is no point emailing them as there will be an instant response for a bit (which itself is dodgy coming from the CEO Jayshkumar) but the interesting bit is that the response comes within a few minutes sometimes as if there is prepared text that is forwarded. After a few weeks when refund is requested, the same reply will come stating delays from partner services.

2. Report to companies house
3....and most important - contact your bank and report the amount you have been scammed - there are consumer protection laws and you should get your money back.
4. Spread the news if you can.

Ordered a couple of tools.
Waited 3 weeks and nothing.
Emailed them and they promised a refund.
Been waiting 3 weeks for that and now no response to emails and phone.

I bought a jet wash in June never received it, they told me they would refund it now 24th July I have not received my item or refund, also I have sent several emails with no response and then tried to ting the phone doesn't connect please keep away from this company

Total scam! Ordered and paid for a trimmer on the 13th of June and it still hasn’t arrived! We were assured by jayeshkumar chaudhary in the evoltro support team that it would arrive. We have requested refunds without reply! The website is still operating!

Ordered a Karcher Power washer on 13 June but due to 'freeze' on website ended up paying for it 3 times. Despite promises of refund through their 'Partners' in 8-10 days refund didn't arrive and neither did the washer. Still nothing by 15 July so got refund by my credit card company under Section 25 of Consumer Credit Act and would advise anyone else who is being treated this way to do the same asap. They come over as nice friendly people on phone and by email but beware and buy elsewhere.

As per other reviews, no good received or refund. The only surprising thing was that emails were replied to quickly always siting problems with the supplier or delivery company. No replies since I asked why the refund hadn't been sent though! I will be contacting my credit card ompany.

I have been scammed. Like others, I placed an order, paid for it and it wasn't delivered. The company is not responding to my messages. I have contacted my bank to try to get my money back and have contacted the Citizen's Advice Consumer Service (who work on behalf of Trading Standards) to report the company
Please put pressure on Action Fraud which despite submitting detailed information to it currently states: "It has not been possible to identify a line of enquiry which a law enforcement organisation in the United Kingdom could pursue".
The website is still live and open to others being scammed.
