After you order your product from these jokers get onto your bank straight after to get a dispute going because you will not receive your order or a refund !
Looks like it has closed says permantely closed on Google got my money back this morning from my bank not from this goon

Scam website - avoid at all costs. Have raised the payment I made as a dispute with my bank after 4 weeks without delivery.

AVOID.
I ordered a Dewalt power tool on 15th June and still waiting for delivery.
They have made excuses after excuses and now they don’t even reply to emails. The contact numbers for the company are both dead.

Reading other people’s reviews only confirms one thing THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Absolute scam - quick to charge my credit card, followed by a string of emails telling me why things were delayed. I have asked for a refund, but I'm not confident that will happen. Do not use this company.

Ordered lawn mower & strimmer 20 June 2023, not received 10 July 2023. Kept extending the delivery date due to being a new company & supposedly not coping with demand. Email replies from the MD only, then no replies for 6 days. Telephone number not available. No reply to texts 10 July. Stars minus -5. Do not understand the 5 star reviews. DO NOT USE.

Made a massive mistake dealing with this company if that's what you call them scammed just like everyone else no jet washer & no refund now got to try & get my money back from my credit card company that l am told could take 90 days this guy sets up company's takes the money then goes bankrupt then sets up another company how can this happen someone needs to stop him

This company is a total SCAM, do not use them !!! I also placed order with them, over a Month, still nothing. I been kept asking when my item will arrive and all I get is an email saying that they got problems with suppliers. So I cancelled my order and 3 weeks later no refund

When I sent my last email asking for refund I received immediately email back that my order is on the way, nonsense!

Made an order with this company and after 3 weeks of no delivery I asked for a refund, 3 weeks on and still no refund, keep being told to be patient and wait for the money to arrive in my account. Have now had to raise a refund request from my bank to try and get my money back. Don’t use this company unless you want your money taken and no goods delivered.

They do not hold stock, it is ordered from abroad. They then tell you the order has been delayed. After weeks of waiting I cancelled the order and quess what - the refund has now been delayed !! The whole set up is a scam.

If I could give no stars I would. Order delayed and delayed and finally a refund requested as delivery times were unacceptable. Now waited over 2 weeks for the refund to reach my account. If you contact them they just ask you to wait another few days. Do not waste your time and money on this company

After 4 weeks there is still no sign of a Robot Mower I ordered on the 31st of May !

They are only sending email with excuses and doing nothing. Next week, next week again and again etc..... So they are selling stuff they don't have and when the manufacturer is out of stock they are in deep trouble.

After 4 weeks of promising emails, no mower and no refund. These guys are SCAMMERS ! I lost over 700 pounds and they are not traceable so bye money........after several emails and a phonecall Mr Jayeshkumar Ramjibhai Chaudhary promised to make a refund. And NO refund, nothing at all.

Besides a good price they are scammers !

Exactly the same as all the other reviews! Annoyingly, when I ordered my lawn mower the reviews were good. Shows how long I've waited for my refund. As everyone has said avoid at all cost!

It is a scam site, i live in Hainault so the company base is just down the road. But like a fool didn’t check the company base first just these reviews. Went to the address it is completely empty & apparently has been for many months. Went into howdens a local company & they phoned them got an answer next week then next week. They come out with so much **** don’t go near them. Look at the review before mine.

Ordered a pressure washer on the 1/6/23 still not delivered on the 22/6/23, I was given numerous excuses blaming suppliers and couriers,asked to have my own courier to collect the item as I was told it was in stock only to be told their stock was stored in the suppliers warehouse,so it's not really in stock is it, farcical company that I'm not sure is even legitimate,time will tell if I eventually get my refund, avoid this company at all costs

Do not buy off this company , they take your money when they know they don’t have stock of the item , they then say there is a delay , again this goes by and still no goods. After contacting customer services they promise the goods within a week ….guess what ?
Still no goods have asked for a refund and I guess this will take weeks aswell ….

Ordered a new lawnmower Thursday afternoon delivered by lunchtime Friday! All good :-) Web site did say delivery in UK was free and I was charged £5.99 which was confusing, still cheaper than Amazon.

Would definitely recommend.

Shocking customer service. Ordered an item for a family member who needed this for a job booked in. Was told delivery would be 8 days. Was then told it would be delayed 2 days. After chasing constantly I was told there were problems with couriers but they also ignored my request to pick this up. Item never arrived after 3 weeks so cancelled order and now have to rush and try and get elsewhere this weekend. It was quite an old item so not even convinced they have it in stock yet continue to sell on their website. Would not recommend at all !!

The delivery service was great, I changed the delivery time on the fly due to being busy elsewhere. There was a slight damage to the package (a bump on the box, but no damage to the actual product. Aside from some amazing discounts, they also have some awesome sales from time to time which added a bit of sweetner to the whole buying experience.
