It’s a scam - they harvest your details hoping you will click on the fake delivery email they send you.
They will not deliver your purchase- thankfully my credit card company has refunded me and are attempting to deal with this fake company. Do not touch!
It took me 4 weeks to work this out - DO NOT BE FOOLED as I was.

SCAM...do not use. I ordered a lawnmower with promises of 5 days and am still waiting for machine 6 days later. Going to take to small claims court.

Total and utter scam.. Purchased (or thought I had) a lawn mower. Didn't receive an email to confirm the order, luckily I took a screen shot.

Tried to ring the number on the website and it didn't connect, emailed the address on the site twice with no response, tired the chat bot, nothing.

I have since raised a dispute with my bank to claim my money back.

Sadly this is a scam. Lots of (presumably fake) 5 star reviews followed by a series of 1 stars from people like me who ordered a product that never turned up, with excuses regarding delays at first and then no further replies.

Order a lawnmower which never showed up. Requested a refund which also never showed up. Their emails will come across as being very polite and helpful but they’re just fobbing you off. DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered when there were good reviews but clearly these are all false!

After waiting for more than 4 weeks and given numerous excuses for the delays and just asked to be patient I asked for a refund.

All my emails are now being ignored and the telephone numbers are all untraceable and non existent.

DO NOT USE!!!

Stay away from this company - they take your money and do not deliver your goods.

Ordered mower and trimmer, no delivery within timeframes after repeated chasing I asked to cancel order. Similar to other I was sent a screenshot of the refund but didn't receive the money within their timeframes, kept chasing and being told to wait longer. Today I have had to raise a claim through my credit card provider to get the money back. I wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase.

Everything that happened to the other customers also happened to me !! Finally received my refund from my bank. EVOLTRO POWER YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Not worthy of 1 star, this crook has taken my money for a product he had no intention of sending out.
I have had to contact my bank to start a charge back, all this hassle because of a cheat and liar. He even sends you an email to explain why the order is delayed,

If only I had read the reviews before ordering the mower and strimmer. Like the majority of buyers I have been fed the exact same excuses. Even sent me a copy of the "refund* supposedly raised. A phantom piece of paper and guess what - you guessed no refund has appeared. Conned I suppose

Scammer, Avoid, waited a month for delivery still no delivery, still waiting for the refund, seems seller keeps the money for a month, earns the interest and then refunds the money, god knows he must be doing on thousand customers to earn high interest rate. Scammer, avoid.
I had to select single star to post review, I won't give a any star to this seller.

PLEASE DONT buy anything off this website. You will lose your money. I bought a chainsaw on 13th June 2023, unfortunately I had to cancel the order which I did the next day. Its now 13th July 2023 and still NO refund. Contacted my bank for a charge back.

Numerous emails and fobbed off saying the order has been delayed. Told the order would be fulfilled and despatched in the next few days. Other emails and telephone calls chasing the delivery. Delay with the suppliers blah blah. Cancelled the order and requested refund and still waiting for the refund. Don't bother ordering from this so called company if you value your cash. Goods won't arrive and neither will your refund. Avoid.

Got a refund via my credit card after no refund from this so called company.

They are scammers pure and simple, take mine for goods they have no intention of supplying and then do not issue refund

Now waiting on my card being refunded, what a shocking way to run a "business" and treat people, no integrity, no morals, no ethics you should be ashamed.

Be careful folks absolute scam. Order taken, payment taken no goods. Despite numerous emails and reassurances nothing happened over a course of weeks. As for refund, was promised 3-5 working days, weeks later nothing. Don’t use website, try calling and you will see it’s a fake company. The positive experience msgs on here and elsewhere are all from the same guy using a false name, and he claims to be the company director. Do Not Use - Robbing B’s

Placed order for a mower on 8th June did not arrive delivery date kept being put back as product not in stock and has to be ordered from a supplier in Europe. Ask for a refund which did not arrive as promised. Please avoid.
