The team was very efficient
The team was very efficient, I get frustrated with all the papers and questions but they held on and helped as much as they could. We got through it!
Marcia and Russel were great and did a wonderful job of getting me through, I am a happy person now that I have a much lower interest rate for only 15 yrs!!!!
