We had a wonderful experience as first time home buyers. Jill Smith introduced us to our amazing realtors. Alina Wagner and Marcia Maes were so patient, organized, communicated. They even took our calls when they weren't in the office yet. So glad we didn't go to a traditional bank/credit union. It was wonderful working with the same team throughout the entire process.

AZ Home Loans was wonderful to work with. I initially shopped around and spoke with several different lenders, and AZ Home Loans was the most thorough, friendly, and responsive by far. Not to mention they waive fees, and they are also a homegrown local small business. It was an amazing first time home buyers experience! I worked with very patient agents and every step was handled with care and the process was very time effective!

My experience with Az. Home Loans was really quite great!! Important to me, was keeping me informed about what was going on. Reverse loans take a long time, primarily because of 5 - 6 wks waiting for an appraisal. The paperwork seems excessive but that's the government (lol).

That being said, my key rep. was Theresa Carroll who was very personable, astute, and made me feel that it was important to stay in contact. I have not met her but count her as a friend. Susan Puchuta was also in contact and was available if needed. High marks for your team!!!!!!!!

AZ Home Loans made our refinancing a breeze, always returned our phone calls & Emails on the same day. Answered all our questions even when I asked the same questions a dozen times. Everyone was efficient, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The best part of the re-fi experience is that we got a fantastic interest rate along with dealing with a group of awesome people. I could tell everyone enjoyed their job and wanted to be most helpful.

Russ and Theresa were very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used other loan companies in the past and they were usually pushy but not AZ Home Loans. I used them to refi my current home and I recently got preapproved to buy a new home through them.

Great experience. Dave & Cassie were very helpful. They answered all my questions and always retuned my calls or emails within 10 minutes.

You all did a fine job, however, it took almost 4 months to get the job done. Luckily I was not in a big hurry................I would recommend you in the future.

I recently did a Reverse Mortgage with this company and I will tell you, there is no better place or people out there to do this with!! Deborah and Theresa are amazing and while my situation wasn't easy, they handled everything with the utmost integrity and professionalism at every turn. Deborah explained all the ins and outs of it and based on that, I was able to understand everything and their fees are less than most and what the guidelines say they can charge. They also do regular loans so if you are interested in either kinds, this is the place to deal with. They kept me updated on everything as we went through the process and worked very hard to get everything that we needed to close this loan. Not all companies are equal and it does matter who you go to so these people are the experts! I really loved them and would recommend them to anyone!
