Tried to use one of my warranties and was told that the policy has changed and I can’t use my warranty that I paid for anymore. I would recommend using a different service. There are plenty out there that do what they say and give you what you pay for.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
1. The website is VERY difficult to navigate.
2. Purchased a furniture warranty that is supposed to cover stains, rips, and tears.
3. They DENIED my claim for a stain because they claim it was “old”. How do they know???? How can they prove when it happened? I will NEVER, EVER deal with this awful company EVER again.
4. They’re in the business of covering rips, stains, and tears in upholstered furniture but denied the VERY REASON for being in business. They’re not in the business to protect your furniture, they’re in the business to SCAM you!!!
5. If you see positive reviews on this company, just know it’s a high probability they were paid to write it.

i was so happy i got the warranty when my car part started giving me trouble i notified the warranty company and with no hassles they approved my return and sent me a prepaid postage and a few hours after i returned it i was emailed a prepaid visa and i was able to go back to the merchant and buy a replacement part very easy and convenient

Had an issue with an item that was not working that was covered by Extend. Told them about the problem and they offered a refund in a matter if days. Money was in my checking account within a fee days. Great service.

FedEx lost my package. They delivered it to the wrong address. They didn't find my package and are not easy to deal with. Extend however was great to deal with and recovered my money for the package effortlessly.

Waste of money. I paid an extra $20 for no hassle coverage when I ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond. The item was delivered shattered into a gazillion pieces, due to the fact it wasn't packaged right. I went through Extend to file a claim. They gave me a debit card that was $50 short to reorder the item. They said there was nothing Extend could do and to go through the merchant. When I contacted the merchant, they said because I purchased the extra coverage, they weren't able to assist me any further!! I told them I did not want the item any longer then, I got sent through the same runaround... Neither of them would accept the return. I ended up having to just file a claim with my credit card company.

Original complaint: "The company denied my claim. According to the plan I purchased, the item should be covered. I was told to resubmit a claim, but that doesn't work because my claim is already in the system. Gave me a run-around.
In the advertisement for the plan for extra coverage, it states that shipment is covered. However, when I tried to make a claim, they refuted this. FALSE advertising."

Since I purchased both shipping and product plans through Extend, they figured out that the claim I filed was with the wrong plan. They have satisfied my claim, replacing the cost of the item damaged and went above and beyond to make sure it was up to our expectations. THANK YOU!

submitted a claim it has been over a month with no resolution. They continually ask for more documentation after the original documentation that they asked for was sent. Then asked for more documentation of something that makes no sense. I think they just want to frustrate you so you go away.

I usually don't purchase the insurance as most of the time I get scammed by it. This time I did by accident. However it paid off. The fender I bought was damaged, the body shop fixed it for me. I turned in the claim and with a few photos my refund was on its way. I got the total price refunded, not just the fender but shipping as well. Shipping was more that the fender. I am delighted for once. Ralph

Extend warranty was included in my purchase of some auto parts. When the parts arrived damaged from shipping, I was easily able to make an automated claim from the website and when I did have an issue on the website, the phone/email support was able to respond within the day and make the claim for me.
