It was 76c Per Kw Hr to charge. I went from Diesel to save money on transport. At that charge rate my diesel car was cheaper. Got me out of a hole but I would only aim to charge at Ezo charging points again if i was badly stuck based on those prices.

Needs to work better
I tried three methods to charge my car. It takes far to long to get it to work, the instructions are clear, but it fails to start and you then need to try different methods several times. Also the pricing was way too high especially when the technology is buggy.

The chargers I went to worked as they should that was very good but the price per kw/h is way too high, it’s more expensive than our diesel car which is a shame

Very expensive, I had topped up my Revolut with nearly twice what I would pay elsewhere but it was still insufficient

I use the Fob for charging, it is very simple and easy to use.
I just wish there was more of your charging points around, they seem to be the easiest to use.

I give it 5 stars AFTER application…
I give it 5 stars AFTER application went through and got my card linked. The hassle of getting through application form (some “46 characters exceeded nonsense”) almost caused me to forget EZO. I also wasn’t impressed with your fastest charger (200kw) wouldn’t take my debit card, only the App and the screen was in German! I’m in Northern Ireland!! But when I got to one of your 60 kW chargers, worked great and straightforward. That’s the 5 star rating I gave you.

App works quite well
App works quite well, invoices don’t show the amount of energy used or the price per kWh, almost no web interface (app only), some prices in app are higher than third party networks.

While the invoice doesn't currently include the amount of energy used, you can view all of your session details, including the kWh consumed, by going to Account > Sessions in the EZO app. That said, we'll definitely pass your suggestion on to our Product team for review.

Simple To Use
Simplest to use public charger I have ever used. Although I do have an EZO (EasyGo) fob so I can’t comment on how easy it is to use the charger without the fob. Advertised charging rate was 50KW and I was getting almost exactly that during charging.

The good the bad and ugly
It’s generally good the app is good the rfid card doesn’t work the chargers work most of the time they will sometimes not connect to the car then you have to faff about or change charger and it’s a 22kwh charger but you only get 11 kWh what’s that about

Charger located beside Milford Lidl
The charger used was located beside the Lidl in Milford Co Donegal.
Had to wait for about 20 mins as both cables were in use.
When connected was charging at around 23KW while the other cable was in use, went up to 72KW when the other car disconnected. This is always an issue with the charger rating, it's listed as 75KW but that is the max output for the unit and is shared if two cars are connected at the same time.
However reasonable enough charge, as I was not in a hurry.
One issue was that the charger was off line for the previous 4 days, which is a problem is this is the only high speed charger in this area. Acess to a high speed charged was a consideration for me when booking to holiday in this area. Not sure why it was offline but thankfully it came back in time for my departure from the area.

You're absolutely right that charging speeds can vary when both connectors are in use. The 75kW rating is the maximum output of the charger, and when two vehicles are charging simultaneously, that available power is shared between them.
We also understand how important this location is, especially as it's one of the few rapid charging options in the area. Our technical team is aware of the issues at this site, and we're actively working to keep this charger available and minimise downtime, so we really appreciate you highlighting the recent outage.
