When our property failed to provide hot water, Lee quickly identified the problem and ensured the replacement part was ordered, delivered, and fitted as fast as possible. He showed real understanding of our personal situation, knowing our 2 year old son was returning home from hospital, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a warm, comfortable home to bring him back to. Had issues with accessing loft hatch as landlord didn’t provide key. Hewer then sorted this out on behalf of landlord so the job could be completed and my young toddlers still had access to heating and hot water over the weekend. Instead of capping my gas.
